This 150cc moped is by far the best moped I have gotten compared to my last ones. It runs smoothly and easily locks with everything secure even the floorboard. It runs great and is very good on gas and insurance rates I pay. Very awesome, and is a money saver too. Really good to get you where you need to go. 5 Stars ... show more

The media could not be loaded. 10 out of 10! 5 Star Service and product! The customer service for “Smart Deals Now” is out of this world. They reached out to ask me what color I wanted along with confirming other details before shipping. My scooter was even delivered earlier than expected. They told me to reach out with any questions and I did. I had probably 40 questions for them and the guy responded back to me every time I texted the # that they reach out to you from. I am not mechanically inclined so I reached out with more questions about assembly and they answered every single question with full explanations along with videos pertaining to those questions. Absolutely outstanding people and company. I 100% recommend the scooter. Do your oil changes and this thing runs like the smoothest scooter you’ll ever own guaranteed!!     • Missing instructions, but good customer service
No assembly instructions. Assembly wasn't terribly difficult to figure out after some YouTube videos, which makes the lack of instruction all the more infuriating. The manual is mostly useless. It provides a maintenance schedule, and urges you to "use the specified oil/gear oil" but never specifies the types of oil to use. The diagrams aren't readable. There are no online resources. On the plus side, the under-seat compartment is quite spacious. Currently working with customer service, and that has been a great experience so far. It seems like a good product though. One annoying thing about buying a new scooter or motorcycle is the breaking-in period. The first 200-300 miles need to be ridden at half throttle. I've seen some recommendations to only go up to 20mph the first 100mi, and then up to 25mph for the next 100-200 mi and then the next 200 up to 40mph. so, I won't really know how well the scooter performs for nearly a month, but the responsiveness of customer service has been great. If they can do a better job with the initial instructions, maybe this could be a 5-star product. After breaking it in, I've ridden about 180mi, with the longest single trip being about 20mi. I've ridden mostly between 45-50mph, and that's maybe 80-90% throttle. I could probably get it above 55, but 50 is about as fast as I want to go. So far, I'm happy with it ... show more

I got my black x18 150 cc scooter in about a week love it I just changed the oil in it with 20 miles on it it got delivered directly to my driveway in a crate now I am waiting for them to send me the title
