  • Awesome bargain bike.
Color: White
firstly it's a great bike.. but it's definitely for somebody that knows how to work on things. it requires slight assembly.. The casting and metal quality is not Top notch.. but it's workable. I changed the carburetor and front sprocket before I started the bike. I knew it was going to be that. I also put a new chain on it because I needed a longer chain for the 17 tooth front sprocket. I put ebc hh front brake pads on it.. part number fa86hh. that definitely helped, the front brake master cylinder can use an upgrade but it works good enough with better brake pads. loctite blue is very recommended for the threads on most of the bolts.. for safety. The speedometer says 68 mph but it really goes 62 mph.. pretty good for such a small motor. the suspension is very firm, good for sport riding and the seat is also pretty firm.. so it's not the most comfortable bike in the world but of course it's smaller and it's great for sporty riding on a budget. the headlight could be better but it's still pretty good. I found some rattling noise coming from the tail light housing and a turn signal housing that seems sealed shut.. but I was able to silence it with a bit of tension on the wire.. the battery hold down strap needs to be tied in a knot to take up the extra slack and it will wear out fast, so you will need to put a better strap to hold the battery down to avoid the battery becoming damaged. I'm enjoying this bike a lot. my biggest complaint is that the gearbox is very notchy and is sometimes impossible to get out of first gear when the bike is stopped. so getting it into neutral isn't the easiest but for the price, this is probably the best new bike you can get. the 150cc condor is probably a good model too but I liked the appearance of this one way more.. and the flat seat on it is great for being able to move around and vary rider position. I am accustomed to sport bikes so I usually scoot back to have a more dedicated riding posture. I ride this thing very hard most of the time as I live in New York on Long Island and traffic is hostile to say the least. I do really good on it and pass up everybody all the time. it's not for interstate travel but for smaller highways and back streets it's awesome. I put some stickier tires on it because I got a puncture on one of the tires.. the tires that it comes with grip really well, surprisingly. The original tires on it don't seem very thick though.. so you can enjoy them for some time but I definitely recommend putting better tires when you can. lubricate the cables and adjust the clutch, replace the bleeder valves to flush the brake lines with some dot4 fluid. the bike needs wet clutch motorcycle oil of weight 10w40.. 1 quart per oil change.. no oil filter. there is a catch screen that you can clean when you change the clutch pack. be sure to have enough slack on the drivetrain.. mine was way too tight when it arrived. if you let any technicians work on it.. Tell them specifically to please not over tighten anything. need to be delicate with Chinese metal. it's probably very easy to strip the oil drain plug bolt. the drain plug is easy to reach on this model without moving the exhaust. very easy to change the front brake pads. if the rear axle nut is too loose, you will hear the rear brake rotor mounting bracket rattle.. it's not dangerous, but the rattle will quiet when the axle nut is slightly tighter. this model seems to have better motor mounts than the other Grom clones. this is the 3rd gen Grom clone. I added dual helmet locks on mine. It comes with rubber padded driver footpegs.. passenger foot pegs are all metal. The shifter works fine but i needed to remove the lock nuts to adjust it properly. ... show more

  • Best G clone!!!
Color: White
Amazing little bike for the price.. in stock form it will pretty much top out at 45... with a decent nibbi carb and a 17t sprocket id expect that i can git 55mph at least!!! even with the cheap carb it actually runs quite well and starts up quick!! I still would spend the $80 for a nice carb and let this engine breath better! it will feel like a different bike! stock exaust is very quiet, personally i like it!! signals and display housing were cracked but ill deal with that since i didnt pay very much for the bike! i was worried about registration but it was very easy to register the bike. Def my fav clone on the market and the only one i could find that was the newer style!! i put 86 miles on it the first day with no issues. the nice thing with these bikes is the simplicity of working on them and the engines! motor swaps are cheap and can make these bikes pretty quick!!! ... show more

  • 8/10 worth the buy 10/10 if you do the reliability mods.
Color: White
Awesome toy. If you have the knowledge to work on them or the money to spend to fix it 100% worth the buy. But with that being said go over all your important bolts and retighten. Make sure chain is adjusted correctly. (Or get rid of the cheap chinese chain and get a 428 japanes chain. 108 links is the sweet spot with a 16 tooth front sprocket.) Do the emissions delete and junk that doodoo chinese carb. (Nibbi pe22 carb is perfect for a 125cc) plus buy the 1/4 turn nibbi throttle and cable.. there is more you can do but you do the rest of the research and find out for your self. ... show more

  • Awesome gen III Grom Clone
Color: Black
Motorcycle is great so far. I rode around my neighborhood for the last two days to check how the bike rides and functions. It was shipped in a steel frame crate right to my garage door. Shipping company was great. Called the day of to let me know they were on their way. The motorcycle itself was well packaged, but the exhaust had a scuff upon it and one of the turn signals was cracked along where the screws seats, but this had more to do with the shipping company than smart deals themselves. There were only a few items that needed to be assembled, like the handlebars, right handbrake assembly and the front tire. A Few Tips: 1. Get a second person to help you. Attaching the front tire is the hardest part. 2. When attaching the front tire, remove the brake caliper. It will not go on with the brake caliper attached to the front fork. There is not enough clearance. 3. Ensure you have the speed sensor set correctly in the in the hub notches as well in the notch on the front fork. 4. Go over all bolts on bike and ensure they are tight. Blue locktight will save you a lot of trouble. 5. If the bike doesn’t start right away, ensure the petcock is pointing up to ensure fuel flow. If the bike still doesn’t start, you may need to remove the gas line that connects to the carburetor for a second time see fuel flowing. Reinstall quickly. Check that the choke is open and continue to crank the bike gone over till it start. Remember that these are carbureted so it may take a few minutes of running before it will stay started on its own. Overall quality of the bike is solid. And the TFT display is vibrant. Only problem is there are no instruction on how to set the time. Still working on that one. As for durability, time will tell. Only had the bike for a week so far. Will update as the summer goes on. Value for the money I think is great thus far. The motor in these is the upgraded 125cc that has a lot of the issues from the gen II Grom clones fixed. Anything else I will update soon. ... show more

  • Better than a grom!
Color: White
Better than an grom! Overall it’s a good bike and I’m happy with my purchase. Nut and bolt check the whole bike and keep up with maintenance this thing will last as long as a real Honda. If you like wrenching this is better than a grom hands down and better yet all the grom parts interchange.
