I bought this for son as a gift and he loves it! It was shipped very securely and was easy to put together. Customer service is great as well. I had to request the Bill of Sale to put the title in his name and the response time was quick. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a starter bike.

Very easy process everyone was nice and easy to work with! Update: the motor blew within a couple weeks, I did all the proper maintenance to it before the first start up, drove it for 500 miles not going to hard on the engine making sure the engine gets properly broken in and it blew. Not sure what happened I reached out and I got curve ball after curve ball requesting a new engine. The bike had warranty and they refused to send the part over after them stating that it’s being processed and I’ll get it as soon as possible. Again that didn’t happen it’s been several months now and I still haven’t received a new engine or gotten sometime of reimbursement since the bike isn’t running and hasn’t ran for several months it’s only right to do they’re part and replace what was covered under warranty. I know a few people with the same bike and that didn’t happened to them I don’t know if I got a defective bike or what but something needs to happen.

Definitely purchase a different sprocket and better carburetor if you buy this! It will help get a little more speed out of it. Max speed is around 50mph. Overall, not bad for the price as a brand new bike!

Came in great shape and packaged good. Early delivery, and delivered with care. Drives amazing for the great cheap price. This is a wonderful bike for first time riders to learn on. The customer service was fantastic! Needed some help on additional paperwork to register my new awesome bike for the road. This will surely help me get back and forth to school. 100% RECOMMENDED!

Great little bike, you need to have some know how AND some tools and be ready to fix little things and modify it but if you can do that it's a great purchase.

I'm happy with it. It's a year old, but that's fine. It came with a certificate of origin in the box. So I was able to register it the day it was delivered. The bike started first try, within a second. The speedometer is way off (like all the clones). Change out the shipping oil. Check the chain tension and mine was too tight out-of-the-box. Check tire pressures.

I wouldn’t buy this again in 1 million years. not only have I purchased this bike and it hasn’t been working for over a month but it was dropped off in the middle of a parking spot over 500 meters away from my house. a 300 pound box that I had to pay a technician to come unassemble and help me move the box to it’s actual proper location. I spent 1500 on the bike itself and another $300 just trying to get it working again. So far still no luck, I’ll most likely have to pay another $300 to get it running. At that point I could’ve bought an actual motorcycle. Don’t buy this you’re wasting your time. A brand new product that doesn’t work out of the box? Yeah give me my money back. I can understand this is an online site, and online product for a motor vehicle but it’s advertised as a working product and so far in one month I was only able to ride this bike once and the next day it stopped working.
