The media could not be loaded. Definitely worth the $40 we paid for it! My teenage son is car OBSESSED and this seemed like it was right up his alley. The building kept him busy for a few hours and fascinated us all once it was built. The only issues we had was that sliding some of the pieces together takes some muscle, we eventually used a small hammer to tap them together. Also, we had to adjust the "belts" as they kept catching, once we linked them together to make one big chain linked all three sprockets, it was smooth sailing!

My son for the most part enjoyed putting this lego-like engine together. There are two issues with it: 1) pieces don’t stay together well. The “fan” broke apart as soon as he turned it on 2) one piece doesn’t fit well. One piece is supposed to slip inside other and took an act of god to get through. It was way too big. My son had to use pliers and a mallot to force it through. After getting past those, it does work and was fun to do.

The pieces fit together perfectly and the instructions were clear from start to finish. I was impressed by how realistic the internal movement looks once assembled — the crankshaft, pistons, everything moves just like a real engine. Now it sits on my shelf as a display piece. Definitely worth it!

I got this for my son who is obsessed with cars, and he absolutely loved it. Building it kept him busy for hours, and he learned so much about how a V8 engine works. The motorized action is the best part — he keeps turning it on to watch the pistons move. Great educational toy!

This is one of the coolest building sets I’ve ever bought. The moving pistons and spinning fan look amazing once the motor is running. It feels like a real miniature V8 engine. Super fun to build and very satisfying to watch in action. Great for kids and adults who love mechanics!
