Definitely a great alternative, slip on and go! Comfort and style are nice. They do run large, I’m a mens 11 and had too much room. My only real complaint is the tie. Wow, where have these HEYDUDE Wally Slip Resort loafers been all my life? These bad boys are like walking on beachside clouds! At a featherlight 5 ounces, I barely notice them, yet the memory foam insole hugs my feet (size 11, wide) like a custom fit. Slipping them on is a breeze thanks to the elastic sides, and the grippy EVA outsole tackles wet pool decks like a champ. Two months of near-daily wear, and they’re still kicking with minimal wear – though the white sole loves grabbing sand (easy to brush off). Not fully waterproof, but who cares when they dry fast and stay odor-free? From quick trips to the store or casual Fridays, these loafers are my new obsession.
