The media could not be loaded. All 3 of my cats absolutely love this cat tower. I got rid of our old one last week because it was thrashed. With my old one, only 1 of the cats used it regularly. When I ordered this new one, I was concerned that I would have to put catnip on it to get my cats to warm up to it, but they were interested in using it before it was even built! I have arthritis and chronic pain, but I was able to build it myself. I laid out all the pieces according the the instructions and made sure all the parts were there. It took me about 2 hours to put together, but if I didn't have my health problems, it would have been done faster. When putting it together, I do have a suggestion. For the 2 houses, there are posts that go in the corners on the inside. I suggest putting in at least 2 of the posts (or all 4) before you try to put the hardware in the first post to secure it. This helps hold it's shape as you put it together. It seems quite sturdy. It only has a tiny bit of movement. My cats have used every part of it except the bottom hammock that is close to the floor. I have had it less than 24 hours so far though, so we shall see if they end up using that part as well. I'm waiting to anchor it to the wall because we are going to be painting the walls soon. For now I hung one of the extra ball toys from the white nylon strip. The cats have been laying in the large hammock and playing with the ball. This cat tree is in our livingroom. I plan on ordering either a second one, or the 70 inch Heybly cat tower to put in our computer room. ... show more

I like how tall it is but didn’t realize how not wide it was but that’s on me for not looking at the measurement. We keep the cat toys in the hammock because our cats don’t really mess with those.

Cats love this, and it is easy to assemble and will hold up to most average cats. At times 4 of our 6 will be on it at once with no issues.

This cat tree is nice for the price, but not the sturdiest. The carpet is soft and cushy, and its nice and tall. It has plenty of surfaces at different height levels for the cats to enjoy and they took too it right away. It took a little bit to put it together but it wasn't difficult. I assembled it all by myself without any problems. It comes with the tool you need so no extra tools required. I took one star off because the little "houses" cubby holes are small. They are on for my regular size field, but my big Maine coon mix boy doesn't quite fit and overflows it. It's too cute to see. (He fit ok in the prior tee I replaced) ... show more

By XXL I think they simply mean tall.. my medium sized domestic shorthair BARELY fits in those little houses, DO NOT BUY if you don’t have a small cat it is not for bigger cats my cat fits snug so ima keep it can’t so much the girls fit too tho my chunky girl has to put a lil more effort to get inside the lil houses ... show more
