I have owned cats the majority of my life - from kittens to seniors. I love cats. I would consider myself spiritually a little old cat lady. I can say, without a single doubt in my mind, this is the best cat tree I have ever owned, and I've owned a LOT of cat trees over the years. While the box is extremely heavy, you the tree itself is by far the easiest to assemble and the sturdiest I have ever put up. When it comes to assembly not only can you do this own your own, it takes almost no effort, the instructions are EXTREMELY well detailed without the need for words, each piece is very well labeled and every piece, even the wooden tops is either PREDRILLED to perfection or slots into place without a hitch along a smooth clean channel. I've spent MANY hours building cat trees, and almost all of them have been terrible, but this one, oh man, this one was so nice it's going to make building anything else a nightmare lol. The beds are cozy, detachable, and easily washable, the colors match exactly as you'd expect, it's just as big as the measurements tell you (like way bigger than I expected honestly cuz so many trees over the years have lied to me!) and not only that but the instructions include how to turn the BOX it comes in into a cat house. WHAT? Tell me you love cats without telling me you love cats. Overall extremely worthwhile purchase, definitely worth the money, and I will be buying more products from these folks in the future. If you are older, cat crazy, and have had a million cats, then you have gone through your fair share of cat trees. This one by far is the best. Extra sturdy, absolutely beautiful/aesthetically pleasing, the cats love it, the hammock and levels are huge, oh man I love it. I was nervous getting white at first, but most of the cushions are easily removable so we can toss them into the wash. Un-screwing the middle base will be easy so we can also clean the hammocks. Very nice looking tree. Went up with ease. Only 2 things I would change for a five star 1. Platform are very slippery and need some kind of grip or to cover. 2. Wider Platform and softer pillows. I have four domestic short hair cats that make the tree look small. Other than that its a great piece.

One is the platforms were severely on an angle . Either post P1 or P3 was too long . It was 3/8” longer than the others. I was not able to contact Heybly the only option was to return it . I would have preferred to have them send me the single post . Besides that it was really nice . I just was not going to take the risk of getting another one which was not correct . In the manual it says there is after sales for any issues . There is no contact info to reach them . On Amazon it is only Amazon. So option was return or exchange . ... show more
