Received it today my son was excited! When removing from the package to put it together i noticed the wheel hub on front tire was broken. I was mad at first because I spent a lot of money and my son was excited for his new bike. After talking with Heybike and the seller they are going to replace the tire. Unfortunately, it's on back order but it's being addressed. I understand not everything is under their control, but they are willing to make it right. Other than that i havent noticed anything else. With a cooler head i'm going to look over the bike to make sure everything else is ok. I will note they shipped fast. I cannot wait to get the new tire and see my boys face as he's riding his awesome new HEYBIKE.

As a couple in our early to mid sixties, we are loving these bikes. We bought the 2 pack, and although they went down in price within a week of our purchase and there is no price guarantee, we are still happy. They are so much fun and make bike riding feel like you're a kid again. We caught with how to use these bikes right away. Not difficult at all. Big hills are no longer an issue and that's a big deal for us in the PNW. However, it will drain your battery faster, so you learn when to use more power and when to conserve. You still get as much of a workout as you want, which is great. I cannot recommend these bikes enough, as we are so happy with our purchase. The saddlebags do come separately, so don't panic when you don't find them. They are a great deal right now!

Ordered this cityscape heybike after returning other brand. Have a heybike previously and was well satisfied. This one is slightly different, but is mostly identical. 36v is enough power and everything is conveniently located. Only flaw is the seat hardness. Love the bike.

Bolts on sprocket came out on 1st ride. Only lasted 4 miles. Was stuck in the woods. When i noticed it was too late & only had 2 bolts left. Long walk of shame. Sad day.

Rode it about 5 miles then the rear tire chain spoke separated from the actual rim so the four bolts holding it in tore off and no more bike I received it the day before so less than 24 hours and it broke
