My Son got this Bike because a couple of friends have them and He really liked it. I checked out the Bike and I also liked it. It is a great Bike for teens that are starting to ride and for experienced riders. Please pay attention to the 3 modes. They are setup great for riders. This is a Solid Bike. Not cheap parts and is very durable. My son had an ebike and it was put together with the cheapest parts they could find. No customer service to be found for that ebike. Heybike - has a phone number to contact and a support team that gets back to you in a day or so. This bike is the best for your money. The reliability that you want for your kids or yourself. I'm considering getting one. I'm kinda jealous of his. Lastly, please make sure anyone who rides wears a Helmet and the protective gear. Sorry, That's the father in me!!!!! ... show more

This ebike is awesome!! It is fast . One thing to note is that there are no instructions and the QR code they gave didn’t work. I used YouTube to build the ebike which overall is very easy to assemble. the seat screw will be lost due to coming loose while riding which has happened to Mii! Never found it either. The seat isn’t that comfortable after long rides but this ebike is definitely worth it! ... show more

I bought this Heybike for my 13-year-old son as an early birthday present. I was a little nervous ordering it because I’ve been scammed on Amazon before and never received an e-bike, but I went ahead with this one. The estimated delivery was March 19–20, and FedEx dropped it off right on March 20—exactly as promised. The box was in good shape, everything intact, and well bubble-wrapped. The bike came with all the tools needed to put it together, which was great. The only hiccup was the QR code for the instructions—it didn’t work on my iPhone or a second phone I tried. Not a huge deal, but I had to find a YouTube video to figure out assembly, which was a little annoying. Once assembled, we charged it for four hours until the battery was full. My son rides it every day and loves it! It’s fast for him—he said he reached 47 mph on mode three (there are three speed modes). It also has a reverse button, a front bag for your phone, and comes with a tail bag that is shipped separately a few days later. I just received mine and it’s in great condition. Overall, if you’re looking for an e-bike for yourself or a gift, this is a fantastic option. The charge lasts, it goes fast, and it’s definitely worth the money. Highly recommend! ... show more

This thing is awesome! My 13 and his friends put it together with very little assistance needed from me. 10/10 stars for building confidence and passion for a new hobby! So far durability is good, mobility, it goes about 40mph. Vaule for the money, it seems to be priced appropriately to complete with Tuttio. We're still figuring out battery life as he won't allow it to charge more than 6 hours at a time. 🤷♀️ Recommend for sure. ... show more
