My Son got this Bike because a couple of friends have them and He really liked it. I checked out the Bike and I also liked it. It is a great Bike for teens that are starting to ride and for experienced riders. Please pay attention to the 3 modes. They are setup great for riders. This is a Solid Bike. Not cheap parts and is very durable. My son had an ebike and it was put together with the cheapest parts they could find. No customer service to be found for that ebike. Heybike - has a phone number to contact and a support team that gets back to you in a day or so. This bike is the best for your money. The reliability that you want for your kids or yourself. I'm considering getting one. I'm kinda jealous of his. Lastly, please make sure anyone who rides wears a Helmet and the protective gear. Sorry, That's the father in me!!!!!

Overall it seems like a good budget e-moto. Pros: -Fairly easy to put together and the included instructions are more than sufficient. - The headlight that is included is super bright (much brighter than my actual motorcycle’s) - There is a brake light included now as well. - The bike overall feels sturdy and well built - The ride modes are very nice and you could easily put a novice in ride mode one without worry. - The bike is pretty quick, I got to around 40mph (according to the bikes speedometer) despite being 210lb and 6’2. (I also didn’t push it that hard) -The battery life seems to be solid so far - The bike is the perfect size, not too big and easy to manipulate, but also not so small you feel cramped Cons: -The included brake light only works when I use my rear brake. -The caliper screw for the front brake stripped despite me torquing it to spec, so I’m a little worried for the build quality on some pieces - If you are a bigger guy it’ll feel like you’re nearly bottoming out the suspension (in my opinion)

Great bike i got the all black version. The main issue that people were having with broken sprocket bolts has been resolved as they now put loctite on the bolts that attach the sprocket. It fits perfectly for someone around 5’1. The suspension is nice and cushiony so it is easy to go over bumps.

Received this beautiful beast fast and I absolutely love it. Super easy and fast to put together. Honestly, it’s been a completely awesome experience. The stock power is super impressive!!! I was able to purchase a FarDriver dongle and tune it up even more which is absolutely awesome. It handles hills and rough terrain way better than I expected, and the acceleration feels smooth and strong (Plenty of torque and power). What really stands out is how sturdy and well-built it feels. You can tell it’s designed for real off-road use, not just casual riding. The suspension does a great job soaking up bumps, which makes longer rides a lot more comfortable. Battery life has also been solid for me—I can get a good amount of riding in without constantly worrying about recharging. It’s just straight up fun all around, whether I’m cruising trails or just exploring around. If you’re looking for something that blends power, durability, and excitement, this bike definitely delivers. Highly recommend! Just don’t even think….purchase it now. They just released it in black as well.

The front rotor is warped, due to the manufacturing, and pops the front caliper out, creating a loud popping noise. The display was damaged during manufacturing. It created a line of pixels across the screen and now won't turn on. We requested a new rotor and display; they told us to buy them and take a picture of the receipt and they would reimburses us. This is ridiculous because I purchased a bike that had a working display and a front brake that worked properly, with a rotor that wasn't warped due to the initial manufacturing. If I was told upfront that problems would arise from the initial manufacturing of the bike, and I would get no help resolving the issues, I would have never purchased it. Again, I was under the impression that I'd receive a working bike out of the box.
