This product as well as Heybike Support make this an unbelievable E-Bike to buy in this price range. It's a very nice riding bike with front suspension and a spring loaded holding tube for the seat. The nice 20" by 4" tires give you the security you want to feel like so you can ride anywhere. Excellent system to remove the battery as well as a usb port to charge your phone while your resting. Here are some of the Pro's: 1: 8 different mode settings (Default 0-3). Can also set 1-3, 0-5, 1-5, 0-7, 1-7, 0-9, 1-9. Sounds like gibberish but you'll understand once you get one of these 2: Each of the settings you can adjust the power. Ex Mode 1=30%, 2=75%, 3=99% Why this is great. My wife and i both have E=Bikes and she has modes 0-3. I set mine to 1-5 so that my 1 goes 6 mph, my 2=her 1, my 3=her 2, my 4 is 4% faster than her 3 (so I can take breaks peddling) and my 5=her 3. So you can adjust your power for each mode so that you can peddle side by side with friends. 3. 500 watt motor with 48V 12.5AH motor. Power plus good lasting battery 4. Fold-able bike (yes it is 65lbs so a bit heavy but still doable) 5. Solid Frame and great front suspension 6. Fat tires (boy do I love them) 7. Easy to use throttle 8. Gear shifter that works like it's supposed. Marked 1-7 and unlike in the old days it means what it says. 9. Heybike Support. I wanted to make a slight change and I reached out to them. Not only to they respond right away, but they sent me a video to show me how to make the change. They also sent me a part from China which i got in about 6 days, so I rode my bike until the part came (no big deal). Also they sent it Fedex, and from China you know that wasn't cheap. Imagine a company that has a support group will to do this so that the bike is everything you want it to be. Cons: Heavy bike. So be sure if you going to fold it and place it in your car, remove the battery first. This will make it easier to handle. Even though I wrote this as a con. If you want a solid frame like this without spending $3000 to $4000 for a bike then this is the only draw back. For me it's not a con because I can mange the weight with no problem and I am 65 years old. One last comment. I wasn't given this bike to review or paid in anyway. I just believe that when a company makes a good product at great price for what it is, I always feel I should write a review. Especially with everything that the Heybike Support Group did to help me make this exactly what I want. ... show more

It's a neat little bike. Very dependable. The biggest problem is there is nobody to take my difficulties to locally. If I were a bike shop I'd open a I'll tackle your ebike problems as a hobby in my spare time in aisle 3. The first week I encountered the dreaded Error 30 but discovered the taillight wire had gotten caught in my trailer attachment. When I secured it everything has worked good enough since. I can't get the total mileage to show on the readout since the error code. I've had it now for about 3 months. Daily use. 10 miles max. The small motor small battery combo function right. Engineered to do the best job. The small motor is great! I pull my German Shepherd, me, groceries, and haven't encountered any problems on the usual inclines. The initial start up from a dead stop is very lacking but it's okay. I'd read some reviews of riders losing their brakes on this particular bike so when that happened to me I was disappointed. Nobody in town will work on Amazon bikes. The brakes began driving me nuts about a month ago. I tightened them a couple times, not great but if I went slow... and then BAM no brakes at all no matter what! I did some research and discovered there's a very important bolt thingy to tighten on the inner side. Need a stubby to get to the rear one. But wow! They're so cool again! ... show more
