I recently discovered this brand and their cooking pans are nothing short of phenomenal. I decided to go with this cutting board. It is a little pricey, but it is of excellent quality. Before warrant, it does need food grade mineral oil to keep it from drying out. I noticed after washing it and drying it with a dish towel that fuzz would get stuck in the little wood fibers cause it was so dry. It requires a little more upkeep, but it is totally worth it and I love it.

Handsome board with a smooth walnut surface that’s gentle on knives. The juice groove catches roast drippings, and recessed handles make it easy to flip between the grooved and flat sides. Feels dense and stable during chopping. Like all wooden boards, it needs regular oiling to prevent dryness, and the medium size suits most day-to-day prep but is small for large briskets.
