Finally pots and pans that are worth the $$ paid. I have created multiple delightful dishes with these pans. The secret is to season them with oil/fat before cooking. Distributes heat evenly, cleans easily, high quality gear for your kitchen. If you're a foodie, get these!

I have used these now for 3-4 months on a daily basis. They are excellent cookware - with good weight, heat distribution, heats up fast and easy to clean. They are often advertised as non-stick. They are not non-stick like a teflon pan but if used as directed - proper seasoning, oil and med-high heat - they cook well without sticking. However, if you cook too hot or not the right amount or proper oil (i.e., use avocado or grapeseed for high heat and olive oil for medium to low heat) then food will stick. I do not use these for cooking eggs - I use a teflon/non-stick pan - but everything else cooks great! I would definitely buy again and hope these last me for a long time! ... show more

    • A pan that can sear
I wanted cookware that could sear and brown my meats without leaving a mess that would take forever to come off during cleanup. This performs as well as my regular non-coated pans but it cleans up as fast as a plate in the sink and I can use steel wool with it too, but usually there isn't much to do because making pan sauces with it is a breeze. I know it is extremely pricey and there are perhaps better values out there, but I don't intend on replacing these as long as they hold up and my meals are as good as ever. ... show more

Love everything about these pans. At first I was concerned when the edge became brown after cooking a steak. When looking at the cleaning instructions, recommended using a brillo w/soap type pad which worked fabulously. Super easy to clean and the heat distribution is awesome.
