She is an average 4T and this brand actually fits her well around the neck and armpits, but the lengths of the arms and legs are short (though still acceptable). My main concern is the smell. Bought these for our trip to Japan and was not disappointed! The Philippine Sea can be cool on rainy days in the summer especially if you are snorkeling and just floating. These worked out so well for my 7 and 9 year olds. Great quality and price!
