Love the chairs, they are the right height and true to color (we got the teal). Putting them together was super easy, they look great at our table, and they are very comfortable. Since the foot rest goes up and down with the upper part of the chair, regardless of the height, they remain comfortable too. These chairs are hard for anyone under 4 y/o to get in and out of but we prefer that so it works perfectly for us. Also, the way they are discourages standing up in and we love that as well. They are sturdy for sitting and enjoying a meal together but no crazy business that shouldn’t be happening on table chairs anyway. Something else that really stood out was the seller’s customer service. We ordered a set of two and a set of four because it came out to $10 less than buying a set of six that day. FedEx really screwed the whole shipment up and I was watering plants when they arrived… bOth boxes were in bad shape and fully open. They immediately tried to fix the situation and tape the boxes back up but I know if I hadn’t of been outside they would’ve left it like that on my door without attempting to gather whatever fell out in the truck. As it was they gathered everything up and taped up the box while I waited. Then I checked everything in front of them because I wasn’t going to receive the package if it was wrecked inside as well. Thankfully, everything inside was packed really well and the only broken piece was a decorative cover/“gasket” which I immediately took a picture of and sent off to the seller asking for a replacement part or I’d be returning everything. They were amazing and immediately sent the part plus 3 extras and 2 extra replacement hardware sets in case any of those had been lost but I definitely told them I only needed *one* replacement part and sent them a picture of it. Super impressed with how they made up for FedEx’s bad service plus the extra pieces just in case. If I ever need more of these chairs I will have a bunch of great reasons to say yes.

I ordered the deep teal, and they are perfect! I didn’t want to go through the trouble of trying to match browns and grays to my other furniture. This is a perfect subtle hue. They were very simple to put together. The stitching is a fun detail. The swivel is smooth and they adjust perfectly for my counter height island. They do adjust much higher for use as barstools too. They are light enough my kids can scoot them and cleaning around them will be easy. At first glance the fabric has a slight velvety weathered look but that’s not how it feels. The texture is in reality your standard smooth fake leather fabric but without the shiny plasticy sheen. It should be easy to clean and the price is right for this modern look.

For the price I wasn't expecting much, to be honest, since stools like these come in so many price points. But most of the reviews were positive, except for the few that reported shipping damage, and a couple that claimed difficulty in putting them together, so I crossed my fingers and ordered them. My own experience was good. There was absolutely no damage, and the quality control was high, with more than adequate packaging to keep the product from being dinged during shipping. Instructions were simple, and so was the process of putting them together. All the parts were included and well marked; I only needed to install and tighten the four screws, and an Allen wrench was included for each chair to do that job. (I ended up with six Allen wrenches, kind of a waste.) Because the color was described as Teal I was hoping it would actually be more of a greyed greenish blue, and that is exactly what it is. In some lights it looks almost steel blue, but it has just that bit of green that was perfect for our kitchen. The base is a nice powder-coat type of black, and it looks like it will hold up well. The swivel and adjustable height mechanisms all work properly. The only drawback to these chairs is that they are not quite as heavy as I would like. It's a minor criticism, but is the reason I rated these four stars. But considering how much they cost, it's a good buy all around.

I bought these chairs about a year ago. I carefully read all the reviews of chairs that I liked and these surpassed the competition. They were promptly delivered in great condition and very easily assembled (about 5 min each) them. They are very functional and the color pop looks beautiful with my new countertops. I Scotch Guarded them, so they are super simple to clean. Though I took heed to the one consistent piece of advice from the reviews…the footrest is a footrest, not a stair, with four boys in the house, we still managed to break one about a year later. They rocked the chair back and forth instead of just swivelling around in a circle. This ended up breaking the base of one chair, so it was not secure or steady when you sat down. I don’t think this is a product flaw, but a result of not using it as intended. Nonetheless I was so disappointed. I contacted the seller to see if they could sell me another base, and to my surprise, they just shipped one at no charge! It arrived promptly and was so simple to assemble. Now all three chairs are back looking and functioning great as a set. You won’t be disappointed with this purchase and if you are for whatever reason, the sellers got your back. Highly recommend!
