My son is in middle school carrying a few books and this thing is holding up so well! Seriously feels really well made, the zipper can be a little tricky just because the flap that covers it is so stiff sometimes that gets in the way. Overall great! Update, zipper broke, customer support is nowhere to be found I have called and emailed 3x in order to use warranty replacement and not a single response for over 2 weeks now. I will not purchase Herschel again sadly. The zipper is a manufacturing defect not from mis use of my son. ... show more
