I decided on this machine for 2 reasons. #1 reason I bought this machine. The company Ella Bella is a small business. I knew from reviews that the owner Ruth was available for any issues or questions. After my purchase I discovered that the owner Ruth was really very responsive about any questions or concerns that I've had about the machine or recipes. There was no buyer's remorse. What you read in reviews about customer service is true! Other Infusers listed on Amazon had negative reviews about the warranty or customer service ( lack of customer service). This product Ella Bella has a 2 year warranty. I hope I don't need the warranty but if I do need it, I know that Ruth will help me so I can get back to infusions. #2 Reason was because of value and features of the machine. It came with lots of accessories. The Ella Bella Infusion Machine was well made. This machine could make many Infusion products without buying an extra machine. This machine came with an easy to folliw recipe book. The machine also came with a cleaning pre-set. I've made tincture and infused oil to make goodies and they were all delicious! If you use herbs 🌿 as medicine like I do, then order this machine. It does everything the higher competitor's infusion machines will do without breaking the piggy bank 🐷. The best reason for buying this machine is that you have Ruth in your corner to insure that you know how to make awesome edibles. She has helped me a few times with recipes. The amazing thing is that she follows up to see how things turned out. She messaged me the other day asking how my batch of oil turned out. The reviews or questions mentioning the owner Ruth is not a joke or business scheme. If you want slack, sorry, worthless or nonexistent customer service then please don't buy this machine. If you want a great product with awesome customer service then buy this infuser by Elka Bella.

The Ella Bella is fantastic, made really well, easy to use and takes no time at all to clean up. All the tools you need are in the box, it was an unexpected pleasure to receive spatulas and utensils as well that aren't cheapo throw ins, they're as top quality as the Ella Bella. I purchased the Ella Bella to make homemade "muscle relaxers" as my RX for them was sometimes costly if the insurance didn't pitch in, they made me groggy and low functioning. (I have a condition that causes my arm to palsy with involuntary muscle tremors and spasms) At my wit's end with this rather painful affliction, I took a chance and ordered the machine, utilized some organic home grown, used coconut oil for my first full batch, flipped the switch and waited. I found the case to be low odor- it didn't take long to create my batch, the quality of the finished product was professional and truly medicative. Since my purchase, I have not used muscle relaxers or pain killers- only what I created with my Ella Bella. Great machine, customer service is truly right there for you always- and it's a human being. Not a message that says "we care about you our customer, we'll get back to you in 48 years" voiced by a robot- but a real honest to goodness business associate who believes in their product and wants the customer to know they stand behind it. Overall- best experience I've had in some time with a purchase of a product that actually works very well, is affordable and beneficial to my life.

I have made herbal butter with the Magic Butter machine and Ella Bella. I definitely prefer Ella Bella! 1-Everything you will need is container in one box and there are many accessories included. No add on purchases needed! 2-Step by step instructions make everything so easy. 3-This machine cooks and stirs the herb butter for only 2 hours. I just pushed the correct button to start it and it even turns itself off when the cooking cycle is done. 4-There is even a cleaning cycle!!!! 5-I loved the recipe booklet you can download for free. 6-There are three different sized screens to use depending on what substance you are making. 7-The customer service is exceptional and unusual in the 21st Century. The owner actually contacts you after you register for your warranty. If you haven’t used the Ella Bella machine yet,l she checks back in a week or so just to be sure you are happy with your purchase. She will answer any questions you may have and is truly interested in your feedbacks. All this is above and beyond and I love it! The only drawback of this machine is the smaller size of the silicone glove. My friend has a different machine and her glove was too big for her so we are going to trade gloves. Problem solved!
