Put this on the couch and my cat, Juliet, claimed it as hers immediately. She lies beside me in it every time I sit down to watch tv and many other times throughout the day. She loves to curl up in a ball inside of it. She's a pretty large cat and has plenty of room. The outside is soft but rigid so that it maintains its shape well. The inside fleece lining is machine washable and dryable. Looks very smart and high-end for a cat bed!

I took it out of the box and the use was immediately obvious to the cats. One immediately got in and curled up in it, while the other waited his turn patiently. Haha those are some other cats. One did immediately get in (orange sleepy boy), while the other slinked around like a slinky lil fiend plotting how to get his brother out (black slinky boy). I think the cutest part of the bed is that the lip of it is a perfect-height cat chin rest. Like someone else said, it would be nice if it came with padding under the fuzzy liner, which I could do myself but for the price I feel it could come with. That said, the bowl feels like higher quality than I expected, and the fuzzy liner's elastic is done in a way that I feel it's actually going to last a long while. I'm pleased with the purchase.

Personally I think this bed is WAY overpriced for what it is. It's basically a giant mixing bowl with a thin fleece lining around it. However- this hadn't been delivered even 10 minutes before fierce competition set in. My cats are the kind to go for a box, paper bag, scrap of paper, shred of bubble wrap. But this was an exception. One of my girls actually sacrificed her dinner in order to keep her spot in the Cat Bowl. She's a rather fickle gal that tends to go where the breeze blows her, but she's staying put in the Bowl. I'm just annoyed that I now need to shell out another 60 for another bed. Seeing their comfort and enjoyment is worth it!(I guess)

I dont typically write reviews, but this really is the best cat bed. My kitty has never used a single cat bed I've bought her, but she seems to like this one. It's lightweight and easy to carry and move around the house, so i can move it between my office and the bedroom easily. She likes having a place to sleep in my office while I'm working now that isn't the floor, and doesn't mind being moved from my chair into the bed. Tonight she was curled up in it during a thunderstorm, so i do think it's comforting for her. I don't mind the price since it's her new favorite hang out spot in the office.

I bought this bed for my desk at home. I needed a place for my cat to rest near me while I worked (rather than on my laptop). He loves this bed. It’s basically just a big bowl with a removable cover that can be washed. The only thing that would make this better is if there were padding in the bottom. My cat still likes it though.

I took in a cat off the streets 6 years ago that had been dumped from over 1000 miles away (he was fixed and microchipped so the veterinarian easily found who owned him. After threatening legal action the so called “owner” relinquished him. Long story). He was 2 years old and had behavioral issues I’ve never seen in any stray cat I have taken in. He thinks he’s a dog for starters lol. He doesn’t want to be around other cats, he’s territorial, he was spraying even though fixed. I’ve done some other things like separating him to one part of the house and other solutions, but I was sad he couldn’t be in the living room with me after work to chill for the evening watching TV etc. After seeing the great reviews on this (I wasn’t even looking for this particular item), I said why not. The expense did come in to play for a bit, but I thought well if it works, isn’t it worth it? Let me tell you the positive reviews on here are legit. I don’t know why he loves it so much, but this guy (he’s now 8 years old) instead of pacing all evening or spraying or just anxious as usual jumps in to this after dinner and doesn’t leave the rest of the night. He’s soooo happy, he’s calm, he feels safe I guess. It’s like a big mixing bowl made out of rubber with fleece covering it. Why it’s so appealing to cats, I can’t tell you. But if you knew Ferguson and could see him now, it’s close to a miracle. Def worth the money and I’m considering getting him a second one for his private room. Only one other cat of my four has been in it and she’s only $ pounds full grown. The other two are way too big and I think they know that cause they didn’t even attempt to fit in it lol.

This was an overpriced bowl, my cat likes boxes and hiding places so I figured he would like this bowl and he did for a minute, but now it just kind of sits around. I don't think it's worth the money.
