It is the best TV stand that I have found, elegant and at the same time modern. It took me around two and a half hours to assemble it and I did it alone. The media could not be loaded. Fair quality for the price wish it was taller but it’s still cute and simple . Took 2 people to build in about 45mins but one handy person can get it done too. Simple instructions Just need patience to follow instructions Pretty self explanatory though Came with extra screws which was nice just incase we lost one . It’s not too heavy . Love it ... show more

So I have to say that this item was so inexpensive I expected it to be made out of cardboard. It came quicker than expected was almost damage free (tiny chip off underside back corner - no one can see it so no big deal); it was well packed. ALL of the pieces were labeled by letters including all the hardware - made it fairly easy to assemble. They included extra pieces so when the cheap balsam wood dowels broke we had enough to finish the job. The holes all lined up they way they were supposed to (amazing) and the piece itself is pretty once assembled. It appears to be make out of painted pine so you can see the woodgrain (which I like). It did take several hours to assemble and we are still tweaking the doors to get them to line up correctly but overall a great buy. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Exactly like the image. I am a petite woman and even though it recommends two people for assembly, I did it myself. Each piece is thick and sturdy. It was packed well and no pieces were dinged. The effect of the wood grains slightly shining through the white was a nice touch to make it look authentic. Assembly pre-drilled holes actually lined up, all pieces were included and directions were simple. Doors function well, although there is slight variation in the spacing around each door. The console is great. Looks beautiful in our home and is as described. The issue is one of the shelves arrived cracked. It’s not worth returning the entire assembled unit for one cracked shelf. I was finally able to assemble after a move, the product was stored in original packaging as delivered. Reviews clearly stated that the doors don't fit right and screws were missing but I thought maybe they were just not assembling correctly? No. I attempted to build it and so much went wrong. So I Hired someone to build it and thankfully they had some necessary parts on hand for the issue of missing screws however, they stated the doors dont fit correctly. Because of my move it's too late to return but other than the doors and the screws the product is beautiful I just can't look at it too long or the doors bother me. ... show more

Bought this to upgrade our media stand. Love the ports in the back to make it easy for lots of cords to be pulled through. We use half for storing electronics (game system, books, DVR) and the other for our daughter’s toys to keep the living room tidy. The modern hardware on the doors is a nice touch.
