I was excitedly to try this because my back hurts during a day at work and my posture is poor. When I first put it in and tightened the part around the torso it felt great. The problem however, was the straps. They are very wide and they do not stay in place

the concept is good. it helps with back pain but it is uncomfortable to wear. the area around the shoulders rub and dig in and is painful. after a few hours I have to take it off to give the areas around my shoulder and arm pits an ease.

I bought this to help with my poor posture while working at my computer. At first, I really found it to be uncomfortable as it dug into my shoulders. I actually bought a really expensive posture type bra that did the same so I returned it and went back to this product, as long as I put it over my clothing such as a tank top or T-shirt the discomfort isn’t there and it does really work well to help with my back and neck pain

My grandmother saw this in some catalog and wanted to try it, so I checked and found it here on Amazon for cheaper which was nice initially. This thing is just terrible though. I am not even sure why the fact that it has hemp in it is a selling point. Hemp has nothing to do with fixing your posture. Anyway this is like wearing a small elastic vest. The closest thing it does to posture correction or bracing is the waist belt thing. We got the extra large for my grandfather and the waist belt thing sat right below his rib cage. I tried it on as a 5'11" man and had the same result. If you cinch the belt really tight it reminds me of a one of those back braces that you see movers using except it is about half as thick. Funny thing is, the shoulder straps have so much elastic that no matter how much you tighten them they don't do anything. We returned it immediately after trying it on and tightening it as much as possible. On the plus side, it is so stretchy it is pretty comfortable if you wanted to wear it as some kind of fashion statement or a prop in a movie/play where a character wears an actual posture correcting brace. Other than that this is a complete waste.

my first product review ever. this item is too small for a man 5 11 and 205 pounds. belt is very very long and has to be wrapped around to the back where it cannot hardly be reached for attachment shoulder straps all the way out and still too small would be ok for a smaller person but still hard to attach the belt it doesnt make a difference but big hemp advertisement might be misleading there are 4 parts to the belt, three are 100% poly or neoprene, the 4th is cotton with 8% hemp. I guess that makes it made with hemp fibers ??????

Anyone that has a bad back stiff neck or sluches will i have them all i suffered for years but since i recived my Hempvana support garment ive been amazed on how well its helped me and trust me i think iv tried everything thats out there and all the money that i spent to get relief and sadden nothing ever helped.So yes i give it 5 star rating if there was more stars i would go higher its everything they say what it helps and even more i just wished they came out with this years ago so dont hisatate on this get one its more than worth it i just got mine about a week ago and i wear it everyday and i cant explain in words how this amazing product has made me feel this is a god sent it is the only thing out there that acutally works i can keep going on about this but trust me you got these problems you will be amazed with Hempvana back brace it gives your life back right away no waiting time get one now and you will see like i did

I put this back brace for a few hours since I lt was delivered . Coming from someone who has scoliosis and shoulders are turning in. I found that it really does help with your posture, has me standing straight. And not in as much pain as if I was forseing myself to sit and stand straight . I will say that over a tshirt feels better than just wearing it on your skin only due to the shoulder straps dig into your arm pits. I will update my review in a week. But as of right now I would reccomend this to someone who has a messed up back and posture .
