The brackets are made of real wood but are not heavy. They can easily be mounted wo the wall with the screws provided. I do not like the texture of the cord, but I think that is a me thing. The lights work well enough, no dimmer feature.

Overall I like the look of these and I think they are a good buy. They look a bit on the cheaper side, but it’s all good. These would be great for a renter in an apartment or a dorm. They are not heavy so they don’t require anchors just two small screws.

The hemp rope hanging lamps have a farm style look. The only reason I rated it 4 stars is due to the DIY assembly. Wood, hemp rope, frame and linen fabric must all be assembled and is very time consuming. I wish I could give it a before and after rating because once assembled it is definitely a 5 star!

The media could not be loaded. I got these lights to go in my classy rustic farmhouse living room to match a linen drum light I also got on Amazon. It worked out well, they were from different sellers but seemed to be matching fabric and cords. The lights came flat packed. The frame is round metal circles that the fabric snaps onto and then velcros at the seam. I was concerned the seam would look tacky but it didn't at all. Looked like a regular lamp shade seam. Once assembled the shade was very sturdy. The brackets are real wood and easily put together. The holes were pre-drilled and had metal sleeves. The sleeves weren't very secure and kept popping out. They were easy to punch back in, but I'm not sure how much actual good they did since they easily popped out. The cords were quite long and covered with a hemp or jute material. They looked great. The cords are quite long and the on/off switch is near the plug. There is no dimmer. This set does not come with bulbs. These lights look great and were quick and easy to put up. They're classic style and materials would apply to a wide range of decor.

I ordered these as an alternative to traditional lamps on the nightstand and they are perfect for my purpose. I have an extremely small space so I needed to make use of every inch I possibly could, these were a great way to provide more space on the nightstand for books, water glass, glasses, and other items I keep there. Also once things are tidy and organized, the top of the nightstand can sit bare, making the space seem so much bigger. I like that I can put in lightbulbs with a remote to easily turn these on and off. The switch is easy to use, but I like to having options. These lights are super light so they don't really need to be screwed into a stud, which I like because I can center them over the nightstand, not worry where a stud falls to install. Overall, these lights are great, the cord adds another layer texture to the space, which I like, I would recommend these, they work well, look good and are great for a small space.

These Hemp Rope Wall Lights with Plug in Cord are really cool and nice wall lights. They look really cool on my wall. The lights did not come assembled. You'll have to assemble them your self but that wasn't very difficult for me. It was actually very easy to assemble the rope wall lights. It took me about 15 minutes to get them assembled. I put smart light bulbs in the wall lights so that I don't always have to tinker with the little switch. I just leave it in the on position and use alexa to turn them off and on. Overall these wall lights are very nice and they look great on my wall. I would recommend these to my friends.

recently got the Hemp Rope Hanging Lights and I must say, they make my house look like a pirate's hideout! The hemp rope design makes me feel like I'm about to set sail on the high seas. I guess the lights are perfect for anyone who wants to turn their home into a makeshift pirate ship. However, if you're looking for actual lighting, you may want to keep looking. These lights barely light up my living room. I mean, sure, they create a great ambiance, but I still need to use a flashlight to find my way around the house at night. Overall, if you're looking to set the mood for a pirate-themed party or just want to embrace your inner pirate, these lights are perfect. But if you're looking for actual lighting, you might want to look elsewhere.
