I was having a catered gathering out side in my back yard. We set up tables next to the house on the side walk in the shade. The serving bars fit perfectly. Filled with ice and sunk the bowls of salad. The other one we put ice in and set the trays with sandwiches on it. Kept it all chill as people worked their way through the food. When it was time for clean up the easy open drains worked perfectly and then it was easy enough to flip the unmelted ice out on to the grass. Worked better than I imagined. Works fine-- would be nicer if it had a color or pattern-- the plain white plastic just didn't fit in with the charcuterie arrangement. Also, if you are considering the set with several different sizes--the smallest one is really too small to to much with once you have ice in it. Stick to the larger sizes. ... show more

Haven't used them yet but, they look nice, and were packaged well. Will update after the wedding when we use them. -update- everything worked great and being plain white made them blend well without looking weird. I used these for our annual picnic last year and this year. They make keeping the side dishes cold for a large gathering much easier than individual trays of ice. They store easily in a tote and are easy to inflate. I had an issue with it remaining inflated for the second year, but I'm not sure if I punctured it during storage.
