We have been sleeping on this mattress topper for a few weeks now and it definitely has improved our sleep. Our bed is so cozy now and we are tossing and turning less through the night. It is holding its shape well, with no indents to speak of yet. The topper is incased in something akin to a fitted sheet so it stays in place. The only down side is how much height it adds to our bed. Our sheets still fit, but tightly.

This topper replaced our old "Avocado" topper, which was definitely a "5 star". I purchased this topper back in September of 2024, & at first it seemed to sleep quite well. Now fast forward to mid November of 2024, we've found that this Topper has grooves in it already. We've tried moving it around for sleeping but to no avail, the grooves are still there. On one side of the topper, the groove is so deep it is like a HOLE, which makes for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. Neither my wife or I are large people, so it can't be a weight thing. Unfortunately for us, the return window closed about 30 days from our purchase date, so I plan on contacting the company and see what they can do for me, if anything or will I just be out a of my money to pay for something that won't and hasn't done well. I would not recommend this topper and I don't know how it came out in the Top 10 Best Toppers for 2024.

I’m impressed with the durability and comfortability of this product. Seems to be fitted with a material that is easy to clean and will last. The pad doesn’t seem to trap heat and feels cool to the touch at all times. The straps to secure it to the mattress were a nice added touch since other mattress pads we’ve had have slid around when they’re only secured by fitted sheet. The only thing to be aware of is that the product adds height to the mattress and can make a fitted sheet tough to put on.

My husband and I have been looking for a more firm mattress. Being side sleepers we got tired of back pain/soreness every morning on a softer mattress. This pad definitely hit the firmness level for us! A bit difficult to get used to but a few weeks in we’re sleeping just fine. Always feels cool and never too hot. I’m curious to try this topper alone and not on top of an existing mattress as I’m beginning to feel the valleys under the pad that our current mattress has. Or maybe I need to rotate it already? I give this a 4/5 stars only for that issue. Overall, a very decent and comfortable topper for side sleepers.

I’ve been considering a mattress topper for a while now, and I finally got the plush one about two weeks ago- absolutely worth the wait. It’s comfortable and has noticeably improved the quality of my sleep. The material feels high-quality, and setup was quick and effortless right out of the packaging. Overall, I’m impressed with this product and would recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their sleep experience.

Product uncomfortable to sleep on. Highly misleading to call it "Luxury lush." Asked to honor their free trial warranty, they replied that it's Amazon's problem, not theirs. Amazon does the public a disservice selling this compnay's products.

While thick for comfort, the fabric on this topper is too silky. Sheets do not stay on once you get on the bed, you slide off. This was recommended as a top of the line, but poor performance. I had to contact Amazon to inquire about re- turning it as I don't know how to solve the issue. A lot of $ too.
