I actually never thought I’d get into workout bands. I have come to the realization that they are absolutely amazing and incredibly versatile. I set up some brackets on my garage wall and I can workout just about every muscle group on my entire body. I recommend going on YouTube and watching all the different ways you can use these bands. You can use the bands on their own, in conjunction with free weights - added with free weights on many routines to add resistance. I highly recommend at minimum adding bands to your workout in some capacity. Regarding these specific bands from *Coobons*: although some cords/bands are supplied by the same supplier and sold under different company names, I think the Coobons cords/bands are the best ones I’ve purchased as far as quality is concerned. The stitching is done better and thicker. The nylon material is also thicker and wider. They seem to be the better quality vs several other bands I’ve gone thru from other companies.

This product was way higher quality then what I expected it to be. Pretty straight forward on how to use it. Definitely good value and doesn't feel cheap. Easy to store with the bag it comes with and it is an effective product. No complaints to mention.
