The triple bunk bed did not come as shown in the pictures. Your pictures show a bottom rack and mine did not come with one, nor did it give an option to buy one. The main reason why I even bought it was because of the bottom rack. Additionally, some holes did not get drilled and I had to drill them myself. ... show more

This triple bunk was a great deal. Its solid,sturdy and easy to assemble. My only complaint is that the rungs of the ladders are hard on the feet. Because they are round and not flat, it hurts the feet when climbing up on them to the beds. We are using ours for our grandkids, so they aren't used on a regular basis. Very difficult to assemble, some parts require us to lift the bed after assembly to affix the bottom ladder. Needed 4 people to assemble. We were short screws, hard to find contact details for company, I am still searching so that I may get a replacement cap and extra screws.
