Features

  • MAXIMUM STABILITY & VIBRATION CONTROL Designed for high-torque machinery where movement is the enemy. This stationary stand features four heavy-duty non-slip rubber feet that firmly grip your garage floor. The rubber construction naturally absorbs vibrations from bench grinders and drill presses, providing a quieter, safer, and more accurate working experience than rolling stands.
  • TRUE UNIVERSAL MOUNTING PLATFORM Features a 26" x 14" premium MDF top designed for complete customization. Simply drill mounting holes exactly where your tool needs them. The solid surface serves as the ideal base for Thickness Planers, Miter Saws, Band Saws, and Scroll Saws. This design ensures perfect compatibility with any brand's bolt pattern, eliminating the frustration of misaligned pre-drilled slots found on competitor stands.
  • FRUSTRATION-FREE ASSEMBLY & MOBILITY READY We heard your complaints about competitors' misaligned holes. VIGO POWER has upgraded to precision-engineered enlarged slot holes for perfect bolt alignment every time. **Your kit includes a premium ratcheting wrench for fast, rock-solid frame setup and a clear visual manual. FUTURE-PROOF BONUS: The included oversized hex wrench is your Mobility Upgrade Toolcustom-sized to install our Workbench Caster Kit (sold separately) whenever you're ready to roll! (Note: Please use a standard 3mm Allen Key to secure the MDF tabletop). ** Get your stand ready for heavy-duty work in minutes.
  • 700 LBS HEAVY-DUTY CAPACITY Built to support your heaviest cast-iron machinery. The frame is constructed from rust-resistant, powder-coated steel with reinforced cross-bracing to prevent wobbling. The integrated bottom shelf adds structural rigidity and provides convenient storage for accessories, wood stock, or heavy toolboxes to further anchor the stand.
  • FIXED ERGONOMIC HEIGHT Standing at a solid 30 inches, this stand provides a consistent, unwavering work surface height. Unlike adjustable stands that can slip or rattle over time, our fixed-height design ensures permanent rigidity. The compact 26"D x 14"W footprint maximizes floor space, perfect for creating a dedicated, permanent workstation in small shops.

  • Sturdy and Strong
Sturdy and adjustable feet for uneven floors
Reviewed in the United States on March 16, 2026 by N. Dickson

  • Sturdy, easy to assemble, and well-packaged
This stand comes superbly packaged for shipment. It is double-boxed, with the interior box itself made of double-strength cardboard. All of the powder-coated steel structural pieces are individually bagged to avoid scuffing and nested between sheets, strips, and blocks of polystyrene foam fitted to prevent any movement in the box. The melamine-surfaced MDF table top is stacked on top of all the metal parts and protected by styrofoam on both sides. The care put into the packaging design shows that presentation was also a consideration. Two boxes of hardware are included. One contains the four soft plastic adjustable feet molded onto 8mm threaded studs. The other box contains the hardware and tools. The stubby red ratcheting box/open-ended wrench is a nice break from the usual stamped sheet metal wrenches that are usually included in assembly kits, and it is worthy of its own photo. A 5mm hex wrench is also included but was not used because the only hex head screws in the kit needed a 3mm wrench. The metal parts have a durable textured powder coat finish. The legs are made of .080" thick steel with short doublers welded at the bottom ends where the feet attach. The horizontal braces are .050" thick steel which is thin enough to be a little flexible if you try to twist one by hand, but in tension in this application it is perfectly adequate. The melamine-surfaced MDF top does have melamine on both sides to prevent warpage. The MDF edges are unfinished and if there is any chance they might get wet the edges should be sealed with some type of finish or the top may swell. The assembly begins with the table top inverted. The two long rails are attached with four button-head hex screws that tighten into threaded brass inserts embedded in the MDF top. After that the short carriage bolts are used to loosely assemble the legs and short cross members to these rails. The mid-leg cross members are then added to the inside of of the legs. The horizontal pieces are always on the inside of the angles, with the full leg showing on the outside. When the entire stand is loosely assembled you can place in on a flat surface and tighten all the nuts using the included box-end ratchet. The feet are then installed to any height desired and can be adjusted individually to accommodate an uneven floor. Even with the adjustable feet set at full height (even so the stand is not that tall) it is quite rigid. The angled legs help prevent any wobbliness that could occur with vertical legs. NOTE: The last photo showing the assembled stand was taken at wide angle and hides the fact that the legs angle and that in reality the footprint on the floor is considerably larger than the size of the top. The mid-level horizontal rails are begging to have an extra shelf placed on top. It would have been nice if the manufacturer had included one. And the exact amount of hardware needed to build the stand was included, but not a single spare bolt or nut. They must be very confident in their kitting process. Given the quality of the components in this kit and care that was put into the presentation and safe packaging I don't feel that it is terribly overpriced, even though you might find a similar type of stand close enough that is close enough for your needs for less. Personally with floor space at a premium I tend to look and open machine stands as wasting potential storage space that could be located underneath. If you are short on floor space you may want to consider that for 1-1/2 to 2 times the cost of this stand a small rolling workbench with drawer storage underneath and a larger top that might be more appropriate. But in the end this is a very sturdy stand with what I feel is above-average quality and packaging. ... show more

  • 3 Strikes and you're OUTTA there.
I was really ready to love this table. Then I saw how it's attached to the tabletop. Four small furniture nuts glued into the MDF with 1/4" bolts to hold it on. Okay - as long as I don't pick it up from the table top, it should be okay...right? All the weight is pressing down with whatever you put on it, so shear force isn't an issue? I guess I can get past that. Start to put it together and the allen key they send with it is about 12 sizes too big for the provided screws. That means the whole table made it through packaging, quality control...every set of hands....with a ridiculously oversized allen key. Strike 2. Put it all together and it's missing one carriage bolt/nut. Strike 3. Honestly, if they just slowed down and made a few changes to QC- they have a great product here. Well thought out, sturdy, looks nice....but the execution is...off. ... show more

  • This is a very sturdy work stand.
The box you'll receive is surprisingly heavy and not just from the MDF top. The legs and supports are very robust and worthy of the 700# rating. I'm not putting anything near that on here, it will be used more like a rolling, portable inside/outside work surface. I'll fit it with a 3/4" plywood base with swivel casters and use that base as one horizontal shelf and add another in the middle which those supporting braces have nicely helped me out with pre-drilled holes, great. Assembly was a little bulky since you have to support a vertical leg with your head whilst you get a couple of screws started. I pre-assembled one leg to the MDF bracket making it less like the Three Stooges furniture shop. I also tightened the MDF bracket earlier than advised since those screws are not very large and I was concerned about shearing them from the legs and supports flopping about. It wasn't a problem at all. Yes, the MDF bracket screws had the wrong hex wrench included but I won't be throwing them out of my shop for that. Just fix that Mr. Vigo Power people, okay? The little ratchet was cool but too small for me to get a good hand on to tighten to my satisfaction. Also, the first couple of swings would click the ratchet reversing lever off on the adjacent bolt which was frustrating so I swapped to a box end ratchet I have in 13 mm. Much better. I am not weight testing this as mentioned but may fit it with some tool in the future. But for a quick, I have to cut this, grind this, clamp and glue right now? This is ideal and I won't worry about laying a piece of 3/4" plywood on it to rip a section off, this will take the weight wonderfully and at a decent price. ... show more
