This product made me sweat and I did use it a lot however after about 3 months of consistent use the pants ripped apart and they were not the least bit tight so I don't know if that was caused by use or just due to the fabric that it is made of heavy duty plastic.

This type of sauna suit hoping it will last longer than one wear it never does. The material is too thin and rips easily while walking. I walked 3 miles today only to realize the sauna suit pants had split and I had to stop immediately because I didn't want to offend anyone. Top is cool but them pants you need a different brand.
