The media could not be loaded. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! After hiring a contractor to assemble it which took 2 days, it was missing several screws. After final assembly we had light wind and it was swaying so much it almost collapsed. We had to then add support beams all around it, just to keep it from collapsing. Today we have our first rain, and the whole this is leaking and completely flooded my boat, and my boats tarp. It would cost me more money to dissassmble the product and return it. I am now out $1,000 plus the cost of assembly, and I also have this huge carport on my property that is basically useless.

The welds on the items broke within fifteen minutes of starting to assemble. The likelihood of this structure standing up against a mild wind is very low. The blocking provided is a structural joke. No stakes were provided for secure grounding for the finished product. I haven't opened the second boxes purchased because I know this unit will fail within the first days of usage. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT

The carport arrived on two different days, but was expected. I started with the boxes containing the frame, which is sensible because no one starts with the roofing (wouldn't make sense to).. There was no instructions. I contacted the seller who was quick to reply and supplying me with instructions and parts list. None of the parts have numbers so I had to use the video on Amazon to figure out what pieces went where. I finally got the frame up. It was fairly easy but time consuming since working by myself. I squared the frame and started to roof it. I opened a box of roofing and there was the instructions and parts lists. Still the parts themselves were not numbered or lettered. You just have to go by pictures. The roofing metal was a bluish gray, not black as shown and stated on Amazon description. The second box had several roof pieces (J2) with holes in them. I was disappointed in that. The carport is of sturdy materials and anchored down good. It won't be going anywhere. Some of the connectors (Ix38) was hard to get into the tubing. I had to file some of them down to get them in tubing. The price for the carport was very good. I would recommend this product but be sure to check all boxes before starting. I still dont have the roof up because of health issues but will be doing that this week.

Esto es una farsa a mi no me llegó el producto completo hise la reclamación y el vendedor nunca contestó las tejas no sirven son de latas y la pintura no puede tocarla con nada porque se pelan lo que pudo decir que el representante de Amazon que aprobó este producto no tiene ni idea de lo que está haciendo para mí es una vergüenza si no tiene dinero para comprar tejas en otro lado no lo compen
