I got this to survive hail season where I live. I bought a new vehicle and the moment after I bought it the hail storms began coming. This thing is great. One thing I have done since I live on a prairie: I added sandbags. I think I have about 580 pounds or so of sand on this to weigh it down. I want to convert all my bags to hard-sided water weights, but once I added more bags, it has not budged. I also bought the longer anchors that are sold here on Amazon, the ones with the spinners that go deeper into the ground. I am in a rental, so this is a non-permanent option to keep my vehicle safe and also reduce the bird crap that white vehicles seem to attract (I would've preferred a red vehicle, but I bought used to save money... sooo). ... show more

    • Sets up nicely
Went up well by myself. Would suggest at least 2 people if you’re not used to building things.Quality is decent for the price. Could use some cross braces on the legs or horizontal braces spanning the roof supports. Will give me a project in the summer, assuming it survives the Massachusetts winter.

Great Product. Great Instructions. Complete. went up in 3 1/2 hours. Myself , 75 years. My daughter and another family friend, G. 28 years old. Really Neat. Great product Well made. tools included. Bags for sand to hold Unit down. All rope, fasteners and even gloves to protect hands.
