These have giant batteries that make it impossible to wear with boots. They stay warm only in 1 spot which is the top of the foot and are ungodly warm. It feels like your feet at burning. Super uncomfortable at that. I’ll have to try a different kind!

I've never tried heated socks before but these are quite good. They are more comfortable than I was expecting them to be. I couldn't feel any discomfort or weirdness from the heating elements. The socks don't get too hot but just get to a nice level of warmth which was decent enough for me. The battery packs work well also and don't drain fast. They hide inside the pockets which is good.     • Causes burning, not a quality product, impossible to get customer service.
This product seemed nice at first. However, after the first usage, the heating coils aligned in such a way as to cause burning and I had to turn them completely off to avoid a burn. Additionally, we bought these for skiing (as is one of the listed uses on the box) but the location of the battery pack does not fit with a ski boot to make it very usable - the sock itself is too short and the placement of the pouch for the battery makes it nearly impossible to place the battery above the ski boot. Perhaps if you were a very small adult or child it would work, but then the socks would be too big. Thirdly, the box says it has a 180 day warranty and if you are not completely satisfied with the product please feel free to contact us via amazon. However there is no way to contact the seller through amazon after the return period has ended (which is only 30 days). When you click on the "ask a question" button it takes you to a return menu which won't allow you to do anything after the return period is up, there is no contact information for warranty on the actual product or product insert, and the product support button on the listing says it is not available for this item. So the 180 day warranty seems to be useless if you cannot get in touch with anyone. I would avoid purchase for this reason. Now I have a useless and dangerous item that can't be returned. I wasn't able to try it out to know it was defective before the 30 day return window expired. I would stay away from this product for these reasons, or if you do purchase make sure you test them out before the 30 days and don't rely on the warranty! ... show more

Works great. They keep my feet warm morning to noon (25 degrees )on low setting. The only problem was the batteries kept working their way out of the battery pockets while waking. I did lose one battery because of battery pockets the woods, got lucky found it laying on top of the leaves.
