One of the standout features for me is the scent. It has a fresh, invigorating fragrance that lingers just enough without being overpowering. But beyond the scent, what I truly appreciate is that unmistakable "clean" feeling after rinsing. My skin feels refreshed, smooth, and free of any residue, which makes each shower all the more satisfying. It’s also easy to work up a good lather, which is a must for me. Whether I'm using my hands or pairing it with my Sud skin scrubber, it foams up effortlessly, providing a thorough cleanse that feels both gentle and effective. Overall, I’m really pleased with this soap—it’s a simple but refreshing change from body wash, and I can see myself using it regularly going forward.

If you are like me and have been searching for a very gritty exfoliating bar of soap, look no further. I have tried a variety of other brands of exfoliating soap and have always felt that the abrasive material fell short of leaving my skin truly exfoliated. Enter the MARLOWE bar of soap. I was looking for an exfoliating bar that I could truly feel the grit work and this absolutely nailed it. Avoid this bar if you have overly sensitive skin, as this has an extraordinarily high abrasion level (which is exactly what I have been looking for). I can safely say this one tops them all in that category. The scent is also one I enjoy, as it is not too aggressive and has a rather nice earthly feel to it. Why the four stars? Simply put, the cost. At nearly $10 per bar of soap, even at 7oz versus your standard 4oz, this is one pricey product. Even on a subscription, I cannot find myself justifying the $8-$9 range. Granted, this soap does last a very long time compared to other bars of soap, I found myself hesitating on my next purchase of it. If this fell somewhere between the $6-$7 range, I could find myself justifying it given all of the positives above. All in all, if you can look past the high price, this is indeed an exfoliating bar of soap that smells great and delivers on what it promises.

Great soap. Really nice, natural, but not overpowering scent. I got this as a cheaper alternative to Kiehls and am glad that I did. It’s more affordable, smells better, and the scrub material works much better than Kiehls does in my opinion. I also find it suds up much better.

I have been using this exfoliating body scrub soap for over 6 years, after trying the others. It really does the job for making me feel really clean and with the best scent after my shower. Please don't use for a facial wash because it can be somewhat abrasive for that usage. As the product title states, "This is a Men's Body Scrub Soup" and it really can do that job. Here is another positive comment about Marlowe Skin Products and the reason for my review: I had a question regarding the ingredients of the No.102 Soap and decided I would follow up with their customer service. Their professionalism, patience, and dedication to resolving my concerns were truly remarkable. It's rare to find such a trusted and reliable team that genuinely cares about their customers. Their prompt efforts not only met my expectations but exceeded them, leaving me feeling valued and appreciated.

Not bad. Doesn’t have a smell but feels so rough. The size of it does make the price worth it. I work with trash all day it seems like something that I can use to get the smell off of me and oil. I really like off the grid by old spice but can’t find it anywhere.
