Bought these for my deer hunt this year in low of -3 degree F temperatures. Having cold feet is the worst, so I decided to give these a try. The good, they work great!!! The socks are themselves very warm and the low setting was more than enough to keep my feet toasty. I actually would turn them on for 30 minutes then off for 30 minutes to ensure I had enough battery to get me through the days. They were also pretty easy to use through the app, which is great when you have on 4 layers of pants. The Bad, one of the socks randomly toggled on in the morning, I didn’t turn it on, so it started the day with 2 hours of battery drained. Overall the turning on and off of the socks isn’t that reliable. They would Randomly turn on and off during the day. Also, unfortunately they don’t seem to sell spare batteries for these. I would get another pair of these and am considering getting a pair for my Dad for Christmas. I just wish turning them on and off was more reliable as trying to get through a 13 hour hunt and you don’t want to run out of batteries at hour 7. I’ve been using these socks every day since I received them. I bought them for the hunting season and they arrived just in time. I’ve been hunting in the upper Midwest where it’s been as cold as the single digits this week. I’ve been able to stay outside comfortably with the help of these socks. I’ve been able to utilize the low or medium-heat setting. One of the days I would turn them on and off as needed to make the batteries last longer. This worked well and almost doubled the battery life. So far I don’t really have any negatives except that the high setting is really warm but that’s likely an individual preference in temperature not anything wrong with the socks. It’s not hot enough to burn but for me it is hot enough to make my feet perspire. The instructions are clear and accurate. I had no trouble getting the phone app or paring the socks to it. I feel that the sizing chart is accurate. I really like how the heating elements wrap all the way around the foot rather than just being on the bottom or the top. They are plenty long so the battery pack rests above your boots. I can update again after more use but as of right now I’d recommend these socks for sure. ... show more

I seem to have chronically cold toes in the winter. These work great! The low setting is plenty for me in the house, and the battery lasts at least 10 hours. The things to know: they are bulky enough that they will not fit in ANY shoe or boot I own, so outdoor use is not an option. Luckily, I wanted them for indoor use, but I had to find an old pair of Birkenstocks, loosen the straps to the max for them work work with these socks. Another caveat is that they are plenty snug around your calves. Mine measure 12 1/2 inches, widest part, and they are still pretty snug. I like the phone app that controls time and temp and it works great. Overall, I'm glad I got them. They run large. I wear a Women's 9 1/2 ans a small is plenty big. ... show more

I bought these thinking they would be a game changer in the woods while still hunting. I used the first time with fully charged batteries and the left foot went cold all of a sudden. When I got back to camp and plugged them in the battery was dead. the other almost dead. I only had these on medium heat and only for 4 hours. Seems getting new batteries is slightly impossible also. The socks are comfy but not impressed with the batteries at all. Will look for a alternate sock with better reviews and more reviews with good battery life. I entered my hunting blind at 6 am after a long walk from my vehicle without applying heat to the socks. At 7:30 am my toes where starting to freeze, as they generally do. Have only used these socks a couple times but so far I’m happy with them. They are quite warm socks alone without even turning them on. Using the app on my phone is great to turn socks on or off and put them on a timer. You can instantly feel the heat when turned on.
