These mittens exceeded my expectations in every way possible. After a not so good experience with one of their competitors the gloves died and replacement sent didn't work....These mittens look nicer, feel nicer and get very warm quickly. The button controller pushes easily and is on an easy spot to use while skiing. My other gloves got pushed on and off because controller button was hit when using poles. These batteries are far superior to other brand. I bought an extra ser of batteries and never used the extra set yet. Possibly on a very cold day on high the battery won't last all day. I've even turned heat totally off on warmer days and they function great. They fabric blocks the wind completely. The wrist strap is very useful and insures not losing a glove on the lift. I'm hoping these will last longer then my other attempt ar heated gloves. They seem very well made and the price is reasonable.

These are the best ski mittens I've ever had! Used these mittens on a six day ski vacation. Things I liked: - the batteries detach so you can remove them during air travel as you can't check lithium batteries on planes. - there is a strap on the mittens so you can take them off without having to hold them. - The battery lasted all day using level two. - The mittens stayed warm all day. - Like the long cuff, avoids getting snow in your sleeve. I traveled with other people with different heated gloves, these were the best!

Struggled for years to find gloves/mitten to keep my hands warm. Wore them the first time in -20 degree weather. Kept my hands warm on medium setting. Nice quality, fit perfectly.

Works great! Batteries came charged. Heat come from the top. Fingertips get warm but, not as warm as the rest of the mitten. Highly recommend!

I have Reynaud's and I struggle every year to keep my hands warm enough. Gloves are not an option, as I can never keep my finger tips protected enough and keep warm, yet I struggle with dexterity using heavier gloves when I'm out doing chores working with livestock. This winter I actually came in from doing chores with warm, toasty (dare I say hot?) hands. I realized, I can withstand cold temps far easier when my hands are warm. I've learned to function pretty well over the years, wearing mittens, so that doesn't bother me at all. These are great, and I'm so excited to have something that's actually really warm , the charge lasts a long time and the power / battery indicator is really nice and easy to read.

I work as a dog walker in New England and have put lots and lots of use on these mittens. They heat quickly and evenly. I really like the straps to keep them near your body when you take them off - very useful when taking them off to take care of dog business and getting them back on quick in the frigid temps. Had one of my mittens stop working after a 6 hour stint walking with lots and lots of freezing rain. I was outside of my amazon return window, but I contacted Wasoto and they sent me a new pair. Even without heating, I have been using the mittens, but I can't wait to get back to both hands heated.

These mittens are virtually identical to the Savior Heated Gloves for Men and Women,Rechargeable Electric etc, etc. pair, to the point where they're almost certainly the same company using some minor details to separate the two into different "brands." The Savior mittens have a fluffier interior than these one do; the interior of the Wasotos feels like a slightly softer, more flexible neoprene, maybe? The most negative feature of the gloves was extra stitching on the palm side of the thumb, making the thumbs annoying tight. I have not idea why its there. I presume its stitching for the touch-screen conductivity whatever... but the Saviors don't have it, and those gloves have much better touch-screen-ability than these do. (Neither is great, but I found the Wasoto pair significantly less accurate and responsive.) If you're looking for that feature, check out the Neveland Heated Mittens Gloves for Men Women, 4800mAh Rechargeable Electric blahblahblah (which I also tried while shopping for these)–they don't provide as much heat as either the Wasoto or the Savior, which is why I sent them back, but both the tips of the palm area and much of the thumb work well on a touch screen. Two design features are why I ultimately chose this pair over the Saviors: the storage pouch for the batteries is on the opposite side of the hand as the palm and kept in zippered pouches rather than velro'd ones, and IT HAS A BATTERY-LEVEL INDICATOR. Ultimately, despite the discomfort in the thumb, that's why I went with this pair (the Wasotos). Plus, for the prices ($64 for this pair, $90 for the Saviors; both on sale), the Saviors were the one to be shipped back. It should be noted that I was not shopping for gloves for outdoor use; I suffer from Raynaud's syndrome and need something to warm up my hands while indoors. So long-session use/comfort was not a primary concern for me–the most cost-effective heat source was. - - - Update: the batteries died about 8 months after purchase, requiring another $40 to buy a new pair. One of the gloves stopped working entirely after 14 months. For ~$100, I would have expected a better product. Originally 4 stars, but after the poor durability, I've dropped it to 3.
