The pouch allows me to put away my warm flat iron instead of leaving it on the counter. It also protects the counter when used as a pad underneath the flat iron when it’s in use. And, it’s great for travel to protect your iron. I purchased a second one of these pouches when I bought a new flat iron, and kept my old one as back up. The original pouch I purchased several years ago is still in perfect condition, so they are very durable. Excellent product!
