If you do your research, you realize why these Heat Press Nation Signature Series Heat Presses are so popular. They are truly professional grade heat presses at a very reasonable price. For all the features that you get, it's very hard to beat. First, the overall build quality is excellent. It's an all steel construction with high quality components built throughout the machine. I noticed in the description that it has ball bearings in the pivot joints. This makes a huge difference in the smooth action of the machine. I've had experience with the lower cost machines, and their build quality is poor and they just feel "wobbly" when using it. The Slide Out Drawer is such an awesome feature. Here too, HPN put ball bearing casters to provide a smooth action back and forth. The other ones I've used are just slots, they have horrible action and are just a mess to work with. The auto open feature is crucial for high volume orders. It allows you to focus on setting up the next shirt while the heat press finishes the current press. Also notice the red button on the side of the machine. This is a big deal and alot of presses don't have this. A "prepress" of the shirt is important to smooth out all the wrinkles and remove the moisture before setting up the transfer on the shirt. You use the red button to do a quick hit of the shirt rather than waiting for the set time to elapse for it to open. Such a beautiful machine and so darn well built! High quality is high quality and this is just that! So glad that I bought this machine, it's amazing. They also have a splitter stand available for this machine that makes t-shirts thread-able! Amazing! That means that you can transfer one side of the shirt without transferring the other side of the shirt. That's such a big deal to have when doing 2 sided transfers. Heat Press Nation's support is top-notch. They've got live technicians in the US you can easily reach by phone. Plus, they've got all the parts you might need stocked up, so if you run into any hiccups down the road, they've got your back. It's a real game-changer for businesses. Unlike many heat presses on Amazon, where problems often mean you're out of luck and have to toss the machine. Sad, right?

I really like that this press releases when it is done pressing and I LOVE that the base pulls to the front to load. I have used others and feel spoiled by this.
