So far, we absolutely love this press. After using a smaller press with only a manual release this thing is like a dream come true. The bearings and as well as a few other mechanical parts have been wearing out after a few years of use on our old presses. I really like that this press doesn't swivel but lifts high enough for you to get the job done. I really liked this heat press. The functionality of it was great. The table slide out so you hands weren’t to close to the heat plate. The adjustability of the heat level was perfect for all kinds of applications. The sure pressure gauge helped with knowing exactly how much you applying every time. You definitely get your money’s worth. Very durable as well. I did send it back only because it ended up not being big enough for what we need it for. But still would recommend!! ... show more

Got it with a small part busted but called and the customer service was very helpful. Within minutes I got it fixed so it would work the crack in it was mostly cosmetic so kept the machine. It functions beautifully! It is very easy to use and learn to use, has cut my time in half to make shirts with fast speed pressing, the heat is amazing the timer works great and couldn't be happier!!! ... show more

I finally graduated from my Cricut EasyPress and the HTVRont Auto Press, and I wish I did it sooner. The Heat Press Nation press has been amazing! Right out of the box, the Heat Press Nation Signature Pro felt like a dramatically higher quality machine. Most of the parts are made out of steel, instead of plastic like the other presses. The slide out drawer is sturdy. I don’t feel I have to be careful when using it like with the HTVRont press. When you clamp down the press, you really feel the difference in pressure. All of my shirts have come out flawless and the transfers have held up to multiple washes. With the Cricut press, I would have to lean my entire body weight into the press, and it gets really tiring to use after a few shirts. Not to mention it would be very discouraging once you saw the transfer peel off the shirt after a couple of washes, sometimes even the same day. What did I do all that work for?! I had the same issues with the HTVRont press. There’s nothing on the machine that lets you set the pressure yourself. All my different transfers have specific pressure instructions, and I can’t dial it in with the HTVRont press. Worst part is, when I tried to contact HTVRont support for help, they never responded. I’ve emailed a few times over a month and I haven’t heard back from them. I tried to save some money by going with cheaper options and I got what I paid for - a cheap press. I would have actually saved money if I had just purchased the more quality Heat Press Nation press from the start. This machine also has an additional accessory splitter stand available for it to thread shirts. This is a big deal if you're doing double sided transfers so you don't hit the transfer twice on the second press. The support that Heat Press Nation provides has a reputation to be amazing. They have live US based technicians that help you over the phone and they're readily available. My understanding also is that they stock all parts for these machines. So years down the road if you run into any issues, they're ready to help you. For business, that alone is amazing to have. From what I understand a lot of these heat presses on amazon, when you run into trouble, the machine essentially has to be thrown away, how sad. ... show more
