Recommended Uses For Product: Peeling Methods 1. Hot Peel Peel off the PET film quickly within 5 seconds after heat pressing is complete. Ideal for thick fabrics. 2. Cold Peel Allow the fabric to rest for 15-30 seconds after heat pressing, and peel off the film only once it has cooled completely. Ideal for thin fabrics. Critical Professional Operation Tips 1. Mandatory Pre-Press Always pre-press the fabric for 3-5 seconds before heat pressing. This fully removes moisture, humidity, and wrinkles from the fabric, preventing air bubbles and incomplete transfer during the process. This is a critical prerequisite for DTF transfers on blended fabrics. 2. Select and apply the correct temperature and time settings based on the fabric composition before heat pressing. 3. After peeling the film, re-press the design for 2-3 seconds using a heat-resistant cover sheet to improve wash durability.

This is a great heat press at a good value. It's half the cost of a professional press with similar features. It's made with strong metals, and the handle is solid. It shipped fast, and the staff informed me of color options before shipping, which I really appreciated. I got the press to match my shop. The digital display is intuitive and looks good. Setting the time and temperature was easy. However, when the press is open, it's a little hard to look at and operate. Setting the pressure is a bit challenging. Because I sometimes press with pressure pillows, I wish to raise the pressure space even more, but there's a limit to how much you can lift off. There is also a balancing handle, in case you need that. The heat is even all around, which I hear is a problem with some other presses. However, I had to raise the temperature by about 20% to reach the surface press I needed. I use a heat gun to test the surface heat post-press. This press didn't come with instructions, but support has been great. They explained how to use it, reset the counter, and more. They even called me to make sure my questions were answered. The slide-out is great; I only wish there was a handle to lock it in place. Note that the press won't close when off, so storing it is tricky. Also, it's quite heavy. One person could lift it, but lifting it high onto a shelf takes two. Lastly, there was one major flaw. The high-pressure cloth slipped off the upper plate, and I wasn't able to slip it back on. I contacted support, and they sent me a replacement right away. They explained that they will fix this in future products. ... show more

I've been using it for many months, and I highly recommend this heat press. It heats up in minutes, has adjustable pressure, and the auto-open mechanism allows you to do other things while the timer counts down. Really essential feature if you're doing more than an occasional press. Importantly, their customer support team backs the product with excellent service. When my first machine arrived damaged by the shipper, they sent a replacement immediately and I didn't have to worry about or pay anything to deal with the damaged item. When the power switch failed after several months, they fast-shipped me a replacement switch and a video to easily replace it myself. Unprompted, they also sent me an upgraded "brain" component for the press that is included on newer models. This is hands down the best heat press I’ve ever owned. I absolutely love that it automatically opens — such a game changer! Very Disappointing Experience I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves one. I purchased this machine through Amazon, expecting a reliable product and decent customer support. Instead, the machine arrived with a defective switch, and the company openly admitted that these switches are known issues and “consumable parts.” That alone is unacceptable for a brand-new machine. To try to resolve the problem, I even drove 40 minutes to pick up a replacement switch myself. After installing it exactly as instructed, the switch failed again. Rather than standing behind their product, the company’s response was to suggest that I buy an entirely new press, claiming they “can’t afford” to replace machines when their switches fail. If your machines come with known defects, that is not the customer’s responsibility to fix or pay for. Their customer service has been unhelpful, and unwilling to provide a real solution. I’m extremely disappointed and will not purchase from this brand again. I hope this review helps others avoid the same frustration and wasted time. ... show more

Absolutely amazing. I should have purchased from this company before I got my 15x15 from a different company. The size of 16x24 is perfect, it presses beautifully, easy to use and the customer service is top notch! It heats evenly and I can tell its well made and will last. I will be able to use this for many different items with the size being a big help. Super happy with purchase! Sellers communication and follow ups were great! The press itself is super impressive. Heats up quickly and love the size. Price point was great as well. Magnet is super strong which is good but when it pops open you have to be holding the handle or it releases a bit violently. Definitely a hefty press also weight wise which is to be expected. A minor thing that I wish it had is an option to have the press beep when it hits the heat level you set for it at startup.
