only a 4 star because it arrived missing the hat press. im sure amazon or the seller would have sent it out or replaced the whole kit but we did not want to go through the hassle so thats on us. Now the actual review of what we did get is great! everything works well, gets up to the temp you set quickly and is hot enough to press cricut designs on shirts/hoodies/sweatpants ect no problem at all. its very easy to set up and use no adjusting needed.
