Great pressure and easy to understand and use. No issues with using the heat press. First use you get an odor that does dissappear over the course of using the machine. The media could not be loaded. So I’ve had my machine for about 10 months. It was great at first but the last month or so I’ve had some trouble out of it. I finally started trying to press hats and going back-and-forth between the T-shirt press and the hat press is a little annoying. Plus, I couldn’t ever get my hats to sit right. I ended up buying an hand press for that. Ever since I reattached the T-shirt press the computer board doesn’t sit correctly. The next problem was that it started to have a hard time staying up to temperature. I had to lengthen the time that I press my shirts and even then I’ve had to press them two or three times before they started sticking correctly. My final reason why I gave this product of one star is because now the tension knob has broken. It’s almost impossible to get a shirt pressed. I have to do it several times! I probably wouldn’t be so upset about it if I could order a replacement, but they don’t offer replacement parts for this product.
