The press I had began to malfunction with the temp control box. I decided it was time to go bigger. I've had this 4 months now and its great. I do miss the old one swinging the lid to the side. This one just raises so I have to be careful not to burn myself. But overall, I'm very pleased. It allows me to press images on larger shirts that I struggled with before. Super easy to set up and use too. While the upfront cost is a big purchase, I've definitely gotten my money's worth out of it with all the projects I've done. The temp seems pretty accurate too. I have not taken a thermometer to it, but it works really well on my shirts and more.

The media could not be loaded. The issue with the machine is that it will not close without tipping over. When I used the heatpress it was extremely hard to close, I had to use a lot of force. It should not be that hard. Sometimes may need 2 hands but not arms, shoulders and legs. I tried removing one of the pads and my garment was stuck under the press. I had to cut off the machine and get another person involved to get the machine open as it appeared to be stuck. It took a few minutes to get it to open. The safety issue is huge, as the machine should not topple towards you when closing, especially when it's hot. I sent a video to the seller and I mentioned that I know you need to adjust the pressure with the knob and it came off and it does no adjustments. The only thing they addressed was the knob and not the safety issue and sent me a YouTube like which had nothing to do with my issue. Cheap is not always better as you will spend more in the end. Very unfortunate as I really looked forward to using. Now I given away $300 instead of making $300. Also, the delay in me opening the press as soon as I got it was because I had to quarantine and the clock had already began ticking. SMH.
