Great heat press does its job great quality and weight are perfect for everyday use it was just a headache dealing with FedEx to drop it off they were absolutely horrible and I had to go and pick it up and I don't have a car living downtown and I haven't filed a complaint on FedEx but that does not take away from this product being amazing there was just a lazy FedEx driver was just unfortunate but after said and done I did get my product and I have been pressing away thank you very much for making a great product and I highly recommend it for future purchase and the color is great there's no tipping there's no nothing it was the color is on the machine very well very great quality great price

Very nice purchase, pink. heats up very well, less time using this than the cricut one so I spend less time on a project. timer works very well and no smoke like other machines

The media could not be loaded. Very cute heat press machine. A bit complicated adjusting the hat and plate attachments. The cup attachment come hooked together. My only complaint is the instructions was not clear… as far as how to attach the hat and plate heat press attachments. Must purchase this beautiful gear press machine.

Do not buy this/these items from this company. I Purchased this set back in April, worked good for about 2 weeks and then out of no where the heat press just start smoking from the inside. I then tried to return it and it said, “I was not eligible to request a refund and that order is outside the refund window.” So i switched the press to the hat press and again it starts smoking. Waste of money because this company sold me defective items.
