The media could not be loaded. I received the machine and excepted to satisfy my clients by printing their shirts but the machine doesn’t provide any heat for me to press the shirts with I am really disappointed

Well first off, Im a complete Newbie to DTF. I modified my Epson 8550 to DTF and that was a little challenging. But got it working This Heat Press is Not bad. DOES NOT come w Attachments. Not sure why one reviewer is complaining. Didnt even come w instructions. Cant even adjust the screw to lower the upper Platen. But comes w Two pads on bottom platen so sits down just fine. Can press the buttons to "program" it. Has Two saved program modes but its a pain to figure out. Eventually you can figure it out. Its like programing a digital clock. Tougest part is determining the Temp to cure the DTF Film. After LOTS OF trial and error, Countless Videos, FINALLY figured out 320F at 3 seconds to cure film, especially w big ink filled print. 320F at 15 seconds to press Tshirt. Gets HOT QWIK. Wish I bought one w Attachments in order to expand my product line. But works for now. COMES W TWO TEFLON SHEETS. Dont buy any fancy powder trays. Get the aluminum food trays from Costco along w Parchment paper. Decent Buy. Wont be disappointed.

One word....PRESSURE! Pressure is so important when it comes to heat pressing and I've had to return a couple of presses because the pressure was lacking or inconsistent! So far this heat press has been worth every penny!

TLDR; Cheap for the size, Adequate Construction and Features, Worth the money. For the price, this is a great unit. There are features I wish it had, such as a slide-out base for safer arrangement of the product, but those units are three times the price. We've had this for a year and use it for shirts, wind spinners, blankets and a wide range of other products. The timer and temperature are easy enough to set and function like many others on the market. The size is perfect for most shirts up to XL. 2XL and up work fine but be careful not to touch the heat plate while positioning them. We have had an issue where the blue pad has shrunk by over an inch since we purchased which is the main reason this is at 3 stars. The shipping box was fairly beat up because the shipper doesn't treat heavy packages well. Everything survived the trip though. It looks like the seller reused a previous product spot and the reviews prior to 2024 are for a different unit. That contributes as well to this being 3 stars.
