Update: so I am changing from 1 star to 4 stars. I have since rcvd a replacement and it has been working good! No problems. The only thing I would change is the pad is not attached so it moves around while trying to line up the transfers.. but other than that I like this heat press.. and the seller reached out to me and offered a refund but I already had a replacement coming.. works well and I am happy with my purchase. I have pressed over 100+ t-shirts and 40 sweatshirts and still going! Ordered on October 22 and it quit working November 12th while I was pressing t-shirts. I had pressed 15 Shirts that day and all Of a sudden it was not hot anymore…display still showed the setting of 330 degrees but I was able touch it. The instruction manual in the troubleshooting section mention a relay or replacing the platen. In all from the day I received the press I had pressed total of 30 shirts (including the 15 from that day) So I am wondering if this press is not made for more than occasional pressing. I use this for my business so if it can only do a few shirts before you have to replace a relay (don’t really know what that is exactly) then this is not a press to use if you do a lot of pressing. Fortunately, I was still within my 30 day Amazon return window, so they are replacing it so I will see how the replacement one holds up…I am hoping that it was just a bad one…fingers crossed or I will be having to look for a different press. Will try to update this review after the replacement comes in
