The media could not be loaded. Love the pink color and how compact it is. Heavier than it looks but that's okay. Love that you have heat settings that you can keep in memory mode and not have to change time and temperature settings every time.

I got this to replace my old machine which had a smaller pressing area (15 x 12), as the larger area this has (15 x 15, or an additional 36 square inches over my old machine) makes pressing larger designs much easier. Ok, it flat out makes them POSSIBLE, not just easier, lol. I have to say, this machine isn't just an upgrade in the total press area, either. Despite being 36 square inches larger by surface area, this machine actually takes up physically LESS space than my old 15 x 12 machine. How they did THAT, I don't know, but I like it. Also, my old machine didn't have the slide out tray that this one has. I can promise you that having the slide out tray is a game changer in terms of how easy it is to load and unload this machine. You just have to be careful sliding it in and out, or your shirt can shift. Having a large work area that is smooth and clean helps. In all, this is a terrific upgrade for me. I'm really enjoying the larger press size this offers, as well as the overall quality of the machine itself, it works great. 5 stars and a recommended buy.

Yes, there are more advanced machines that will do a lot more such as tricks, custom settings, etc., however this one is perfect to just get started with.
