Heat up is a little slow, but the heat is perfect. What I got it for was the size, it's not rounded and with it's area of 12x10 it perfectly covers an 8.5x11 print. I really like the retro colors also.

I got this for my wife who loves doing arts and crafts. She loves putting prints on bags and shirts. She had been using just an iron but it was a bit small and would sometimes leave wrinkle marks if not done right. This is way bigger and makes doing certain things way easier. It is super easy to use and doesn't take hardly anytime to get the use down. I have seen similar products that are much more complicated and cost way more so this is a great price for what you get. It makes it so if you have lots of items much faster and easier. It is great quality for the price. It heats up fast and that heat is evenly distributed. You don't have to use tons of pressure either so if you are a smaller person it makes it easy. This is a great buy.
