Clicked right onto my Phonak base & works as it should. Had read reviews before purchase, & mine does not stay charged long enough as they mentioned, but could be that I put my aids into the charger & leave longer than just to get them charged back up to 100%. Have not had long enough to experiment, but I'm betting if I remove them once they're charged, the power pack will last longer before needing to be plugged in. Yet would purchase again, & plan on a trip next week which was real reason for my purchase.

I got about a year and a half of good use out of this. Even I first got it, it held a charge for several days while charging my hearing aids. This lessened over time, now I have to charge it during the day or it will have stopped charging at some point during the night, leaving my hearing aids on with no way to know when they turned on. I'm almost at the point now where I'll probably need to just start plugging it in all the time, which kind of defeats the purpose of a battery. It served me really well for just of the time I've had it; I'll probably replace it right before the next time I go camping. I took off a star because my junky phone battery has held up better.

It took a couple hours to charge fully, and it works great. I'm really looking forward to this simplifying charging my hearing aids when I'm away from home.
