Extremely high pitch beep hurts your ear
Very disappointed. I got these for mom and they produce an unnecessary loud high pitch beep when inserted in the ear canal no matter what volume setting they are on. Not sure why they would add that loud beep but it makes them unbearable to even try to wear. Returning immediately.

sharp pitch noise
unit is nice with a compact charging case. very disappointed that it makes a sharp pitch noise even trying to remove from the case. definitely not appropriate to put into one's ears.
