Getting these for my grandma has been a great decision. The quality and features match those you’d find in store-bought hearing aids, but at a super cheap cost. I ordered these hearing aids for my grandpa since his hearing has been getting worse lately. As soon as i got them, i had him try them out and he was so happy when he could actually hear us talking softly again! The design is super compact and barely noticeable when he’s wearing them and he said they feel pretty comfortable too. Seeing how happy he was made me feel like this gift was totally worth it. I helped him adjust the volume and showed him how to use them and by the next day, he was using them all by himself. My grandpa charged them at night, it’s such a simple process he has no trouble handling it. These hearing aids have been such a thoughtful and helpful gift, and my grandpa absolutely loves them!

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy these hearing aids are to use. The setup is straightforward—just put them in your ears, adjust the volume, and you’re good to go. I appreciate that they come with a variety of earplugs so you can find the right fit for your ears. The sound quality is really clear, and I can hear conversations much more easily. My grandma has been using this hearing aid for several days and she said that it is very light and she doesn't feel uncomfortable when wearing it. The color is similar to the skin color, people won't notice it unless they pay special attention to it. She thinks the sound amplification is good, especially when having conversations with family members or watching TV, she can hear more clearly, which makes her feel much better. However, she mentioned a small problem, that is, when she is outside in crowded places, such as markets or parks, there is some noise distortion, but she says it’s acceptable.

I didn’t get mine free. They amplify fine but not selectively. In fact background noises are even louder which doesn’t help me hear conversations in noisy environments. I suppose if you can’t hear well at all you’ll appreciate the amplification

I bought this hearing aid for my grandma, whose hearing aid was broken. When she talked to her family, she always needed us to speak louder, and sometimes she would even misunderstand what we said. This hearing aid is small in size, comfortable to wear, and has a good noise suppression function, which can effectively reduce environmental noise and make it easier for grandma to hear our voices. I am also very happy to see that grandma has clear hearing again.
