Why did you pick this product vs others?: I'm surprised that this works so well; the cost being a quarter of the "known" rings caused me to be suspicious but it has far exceeded my expectations. It works easily with Apple Health (and thus Apple watch and the Athlytic app). My purpose for buying it was to get sleep sats while my Apple watch recharged overnight and this has met that purpose. Fo those who are looking for "accurate" BP data I have read that, so far, there are no accurate wearable devices.

This ring works very well. The app is easy to use. Don’t be scared of it. This also doubles as my husbands wedding ring now. Easy to set up. It monitors it all. Blood pressure, heart rate etc. we were having a hard time finding something that would do blood pressure. He isn’t big on wearing a bulky watch. This does the job perfect. We even did testing to see if it was correctly reading. We would take his blood pressure then do it with a regular cuff. It worked. He wears this daily - even to work. It’s stylish, not bulky and it works as described. Can’t beat that. It runs tts for us. You want to make sure it fits correctly. In one of the pictures you can see the inside of the ring. Make sure you are wearing it correctly to get the best and right results. It comes with the charging station as well. It’s small enough to keep in your pocket, although we charge it at home and he hasn’t had to charge it during the day while at work. The charge lasts.

If you’re looking for a ring to help track your BP, look elsewhere. I have chronically low BP and thought this would help me track it during the day however it is incredibly inaccurate. BP with a traditional monitor was 74/58 while at the same time the ring was recording a BP of 107/71.
