I just received my copper bracelet today. It looks to be very high quality, definitely not cheap looking (I was a little worried). As far as health benefits, I can't answer yet but I hope it helps with my arthritic wrist. My great grandmother wore a copper bracelet daily for her arthritis & swore by it. Fingers crossed this helps! I'll try to update in a couple of weeks to let you guys know. However, if you're like me & just wanting to try it out.... I would recommend this product as far as quality. It's not real small, it's thick & heavy (but not too heavy). I'm very pleased with the look. Also, I appreciated the enclosed note with care instructions. **UPDATE ** After wearing my bracelet for going on 3 weeks now, I can honestly say that IT WORKS! My wrist has not hurt any since I've had it. I don't ever take it off, I think that has something to do with it as well. It has tarnished a bit & needs polishing. My wrist had a greenish marking a couple of times but it wasn't a big deal & washes off easily....well worth it to not ache! Worn for 3 days & the tendinitis in my forearm is gone. Sturdy, adjustable & beautiful. Yes, it oxidizes, a sign it’s working. If that both you, cover with ketchup, let sit for awhile, then rub off & rinse.
