Lifecycle Battery lasted less than 10 Months (December 2022 - October 2023) before it would no longer hold a charge. This was after daily use and following the recommended charging method. Started out only needing to recharge every 3-4 days, about 5 months in it became every other day, and last 2 months about every day. The device comes with a Lifetime Warranty which is very generous! The warranty is through the brand with an email provided that you can contact if the device has issues. I did receive a new device after providing the needed information. Sound I only used it for sleep. When I listen to things with headphones during the day I usually listen at about 8-12% of the max volume. This device's lowest volume option is very similar to the level I listen to during the day. Making this device seem loud in comparison due to using it at night. I was unable to find a work around except for picking quieter base volume videos/music/audios. That said I still loved using it for sleep, but I am a heavy sleeper and imagine that I was able to block out the noise once asleep. It never woke me up. There is audio bleed, so if you don't have your own room or a roommate with earplugs/similar device then they'll most likely hear it. The sound quality is very nice! I think the speaker design allows for a better listening experience to sleep with compared to earphones. It was hard to go back to earphones after I used this. Comfortability First day it felt awkward to sleep with, but by the second day it was comfortable. The headband can get a bit warm, but never hot enough that I'd need to take it off. The speakers will usually need micro adjustments when putting on the band to line up with the ears. After which they would usually stay in place until well after I was asleep. Cleaning Taking the device out of the band for a wash is a minor chore. Same goes for putting the device back in. It does get easier the more you do it as the stitching loosens up a bit. Notifications When the battery reaches 10% level left the device will send a notification to my phone. After about 5 months it would sometimes repeatedly send the 10% battery left notification over and over. These became more frequent as the battery life slowly dropped over time. Workaround was to just set my phone to "Do Not Disturb." After using this method I found it preferable compared to my other Bluetooth headphones that make sounds when the battery is low. ... show more
